My van started having issues with all kind of lights suddenly lighting up my dashboard on my way from a doctor appointment. I stopped at Autozone Auto Parts on Kimball Ave and the young curly haired man inside was the best. I wobbled in with my cane and told him what had happened. He came right out with a scan and told me what was had happened and printed out a sheet with possible causes to take to a mechanic. I wish I had got his name. Great customer service from this young man!

After a disappointing visit to the University store and being told that because my son didn’t have his receipt they wouldn’t take back the rotors he had bought, my wife and I went to the Kimball location expecting an argument. But the employees there were extremely helpful especially Trevion who handled the situation very professionally and had 0 problems returning the rotors because they were of course under warranty. Myself along with my family have decided to make this location our main store because of this interaction, while none of us are willing to return to the university store. It’s amazing how 1 employee can make such an impact on customer satisfaction either bad or good. Thank you Treyvion keep up the good work !!

I stopped by this AutoZone in search for some wiper blades. The store manager happened to be in there getting parts for his own vehicle on his day off and when he saw that the other workers were busy he asked if he could help me. He helped me find some good wipers and some washer fluid and got someone to install them for me. Thanks for the excellent customer service Antonio.

I stopped at this AutoZone on Friday, April 18th, during a stressful situation. I was halfway through a 4-hour drive home when my car completely stopped working. Thankfully, I was able to limp it over to AutoZone to figure out what was going on. Rick and the rest of the team working that day were incredible. Even though some of their usual diagnostic equipment wasn’t working, their knowledge and expertise quickly pinpointed the issue: my belt had completely snapped, causing everything else in the car to stop working. They didn’t stop there. They went out of their way to get a replacement belt from another AutoZone location, brought it back to me, and even installed it on the spot—which involved removing the front passenger wheel. They made sure everything was working properly and that my car was safe to finish the rest of the drive home. Thanks to them, I avoided a 100+ mile tow, spending a lot more money, and a major headache. They were kind, professional, and went so far above and beyond. I’m so grateful for their help and cannot recommend this location enough!

Kid at the counter looked like he was in high school. Told me when I asked for help finding brake pads for my car that I was SOL and that the only option they had was over three hundred bucks. I saw other brake pads on the screen, he scrolled past them all like twice and would only show me the most expensive ones. I’ve never turned and walked out of a store faster in my life. Definitely steer clear of here, I got parts on rock auto for a fraction of the cost.
