General manager is an amazing person. Such a friendly gentleman!! Helped me access the issues going in with my cobalt, helped me find the perfect wiper blades and made me feel a lot safer on the drive home. I would prefer to go to AutoZone any day of the week, compared to O'Reilys. At AutoZone they help you, make you feel like family, and get you in the right direction. Friendly staff, caring people, clean and friendly environment. Thank you so much! I will always shop here!!

The car battery I purchased at this location died after 2 years and was still under warranty. After bringing in my receipt and dead battery, a brand new replacement was given to me in seconds. Zero hassle, no random fees, no BS. Huge shout out to Michael, he was a big help and incredibly kind on the phone and in person. Will definitely be returning to this auto zone for any future needs.

I normally don't do business w/ A. Zone, (and I rarely take time to leave reviews- unless it's BAD!), but I will make an exception 2ce! Tonight, I was an hour from home, at night, on the weekend & my car headlight burnt out, so I was desperate to get it fixed. I pulled in right at closing time, but Mike P. and his associate, (??, sorry!), didn't blink an eye at helping me out. They were more than willing to go right out & replace the burnt out bulb, make sure it was working correctly & had me test the high beams to be safe. They both made small talk & showed concern for my welfare, which was very sweet. It was a nice remind that old-fashioned customer service, (**you remember, where the customer is always right & is priority #1?!?!?), is still alive and well in some employees. This employee was a true gem and my experience was great!

Customer for life! I had issues with my car and the dealer said I needed a battery and a starter costing me almost $800. I stopped at AutoZone and the Manager Eddie tested my car and said that the battery was bad and he would replace it for me free of charge. He gave me 3 options each of which was far less than what the dealer wanted. Eddie was very friendly and fixed my car in minutes!! A big Thank you!!

The standard the Autozone company must have for it's 6000+ stores are not only met at this particular location, but exceeded to the point that I wouldn't be surprised if the members of the Board of Directors didn't drive to Youngstown just to make purchases at this distinct establishment. The employees must feel as if Respect, Honesty, Friendliness, Curteousness, & Helpfulness are just as important to us customers as the auto parts they sell because everytime & anytime I visit this prodigious shop, I am reminded why my Autozone Rewards card is one of the most used cards in my wallet. ***Edit 4/19/25*** 3 years later & still my favorite store to visit when seeking a solution when my car issues arise It comes as no surprise they've remained the pinnacle store of the AutoZone enterprise The store manager, Eddy, has continued the Legacy of excellence this store represents To anyone have vehicle troubles, it's always this store I suggest, wanted to add another review but just decided to edit to add my two cents.

Hello! I should have posted this months ago but better late than never, lol. One evening I came in looking for a new headlight so I could get it installed. Mike was so helpful! He helped me pick the correct bulb AND he even installed it for me. Knowing I live and the store is on a very busy state route where all enforcement practically lives. He wanted to make sure I didn’t get in any trouble and I appreciate his help so much! I hope he’s doing alright: so if he sees this, thank you! ❤️

Went in looking for sale items. Cause flat out just like Walgreens as soon as something goes on sale at AutoZone it's gone but some stores have a lower volume of customers. Better chance at catching the sale item. Anyway, I asked the sales clerk did he know what was on sale? I got no response, thinking he didn't hear me. I asked again. He ignored me. Like I wasn't stand 3 feet from the counter talking in his direction and looking dead at him. It's cool I will wonder the store looking around. Now that I am taking my time looking around. He pays attention to me.. not cause I am a customer and he is inquiring about help. No cause I have been in there for half hour, forty five minutes taking my time looking at stuff. Now he is hollering from the counter trying to get my attention. I kinda ignored him the first 2 times. Then I answered I was looking for toilet paper. I'm sorry wrong store and left. I won't return to this location. It's not my usual store, so really I have no need. If I did go, next time I will definitely be rude.

I so appreciate the service I received TODAY ( 1/20/23) from store associate Mike Tread! I went in explaining that I had an alert on my dash that the coolant was low. Mr. Tread came out to look at the reservoir and showed me that it was, indeed, low. I purchased a gallon of coolant and he promptly filled it for me. All this in cold, rain/snowy weather. No complaints. Just customer service extraordinaire ! This Auto Zone location has been my go-to for years. They never disappoint. Many thanks for Mr. Tread ( he does this job because he “ loves cars”! Note, Mr. Tread is a people person too !!!

We took our truck to this AutoZone and found the staff person very helpful and willing to take the time to suggest an option for fixing the problem which turned out to be the right option and fixed the problem. And while fixing that problem, found another problem, and gave a second suggestion to repair it which worked perfectly. Thanks to the men and women at this AutoZone, we now have a perfectly working truck. I strongly recommend this store for their commitment to customer service.

Brian professionally greeted me as I walked to the counter after entering the AutoZone on Meridian. He was very attentive. I shared that I needed a headlight for my vehicle. I shared the make & model of the vehicle. Brian then explained there were several different types to choose from and ask which one was I interested in purchasing? I wasn’t sure so Brian kindly said no problem, let’s walk out and see because there are some brighter than others, but we still offer and carry both. Bryant offered to put the light in for me as well if I need him to if it wasn’t a difficult task. After Brian asked me to lift the hood of my car he realized that my head light was not blown, but had popped out and he pushed it back in and it still worked. I appreciated his honesty which saved me money that I didn’t have to spend. I am grateful for my blessing from Brian. He should get a raise!
