12/1/23 bought a 3yr battery there 5 yrs ago it finally died I bought the exact same one because not only are the parts great but the Staff are awesome 👍 the 2 guys working were great the guys got my truck back to normal in a really short period of time I think corporate should give these employees a At A Boy & $ Great prices , service & convenience Lost my VERY EXPENSIVE GLASSES there called and they said they had them & come on down! FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I went in only because Advanced was closed early. I needed a new headlight I told the guy my make and model and what I needed (a headlight not a high beam) and he told me the only thing they had available was the high-end then he told me to go out and take the bulb out of my vehicle so he can know which one I needed. I ended up grabbing the wrong one when he should have been able to look up which one I needed. I waited in line while he chatted about family matters with another customer, I think the manager was mopping. Finally checked out, I was outside changing the bulb and he locked the door as it was right at 9:00 and I came to the door because it was the wrong bulb but then he said sorry we're closed our machines are down and then said it's a common mistake. They got my $18 but that's it I'm not shopping there again.

I had an amazing experience at AutoZone! The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcomed. I don’t know much about cars but they were able to recommend brakes and windshield wipers I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for guidance on anything Auto related. Joe was great I had to do a return here because the Autozone on howland would not return my rotors saying they did not have enough money to do a return well I went to this location instead and let me tell you Joe was extremely helpful with the return and was extremely nice. If you have to buy any parts from AutoZone, go here and ask for Joe. Do not go to Highland the lady there is a complete in total You know what!
