I went inside and found only one person who even did not ask me what I needed and stayed careless. Even if he had a costumer, he could tell me a word. I asked two times for a battery change and saw no difference on the face of the person. I went to another shop to change the battery.

Went for wipers for the Ford Transit. To be fair the first guy that helped me was new. It soon became apparent that he did not know what to do. However finally a coworker noticed him struggling and helped and I was able to get the wipers I needed. The second guy even put the wipers on for me which was very helpful!

I visit autoZone Frequent in the Beaumont and Houston area. Customer service is always the best. I know pretty much nothing, about cars. AutoZone is always willing to up you. They have many employees who go above and beyond. Today ( Store on east lucas in beaumont texas) Kaata or Taaka ( I do apologize). Helped me out so much today. She went above and beyond. Came outside to help me piece together my gas tank. Another guy came out as well. They where so helpful in an ongoing problem I had. I really do appreciate their kindness and Sensitivity. She Resolve an issue I couldn't have done myself. My way wasn't working at all.

I have never encountered such rudeness from a place of employment. Both workers were very unfriendly and not helpful what so ever. Neither employee even took the time to help me find what I needed, and to add insult to injury, the lady employee walked and helped the customer behind me. I didn’t get they’re names, one was a white male with blonde hair who was getting off I assume because once I left he was entering his car. The other, a black female who at least attempted to assist me only because the other customer was looking for something on the same isle but she did not want to. This incident happened on 4/23/21 at 7:40p- 7:50p. I will NOT be shopping with Autozone anymore this is not the first time I’ve experienced bad service at that location. I would suggest a class in manners and customer service for all your employees there on Lucas.

I HATE THE SERVICE IN THIS STORE!!!! Hate is a strong word BUT every time I visit this store I get bad service. If it wasn’t for the price I probably wouldn’t go here. After today I won’t be going back to this store. I had the worst service today. I asked a young man (Zack) I think is his name for assistance and after waiting for over 10 minutes while he carry on a conversation with someone I’m not sure is a customer or friend. He went outside and sat down to continue his conversation while leaving me and another customer in the store unattended for some time. He didn’t come back inside the store until I walked outside to remind him that I asked for help (which he never gave me) and now I’m ready to check out. To make matters worst, he act like I was bothering him ... Seriously???? ... Ugh � HIRE BETTER PEOPLE FOR YOUR STORES

I was trying to look for screws for my license plate and the guy kept running out to my car trying to see if the screws he grabbed fit my posts. He was huffing and puffing, acting like he didn’t want to help me. After the 3rd time he went outside, he said he couldn’t help me anymore. That he had to help other people inside. So I just went somewhere else. The other place knew exactly which screws I needed right when they looked at my car. Horrible service.

Very good staff very knowledgeable. Good selection of parts and had a lot of things in stock. It was nice dealing with people who understood cars and not some teenager fresh out of high school that's never picked up a ratchet let alone a screwdriver.

I had the best experience witg this staff at the Lucas St. store in Beaumont. 10/10 would go back. I had a bad battery & tried going to O'reillys first. The lady was okay at first. I waited on her to finish a call and then she tested my battery, when I asked her if they changed batteries she went on a rant about yeah the do, kids these days can't do anything. How her generation was changing batteries at ten (good for them). She claimed it'd need some other tool bc she couldn't guarantee they wouldn't mess up my digital stuff in the truck (2017 ram). I went outside and called Autozone and the lady I spoke too was incredibly polite and professional. So I drove down to their store and when I tell you I had the best experience with them. They were amazing! They told me what I needed and that I didn't need what the rude O'reillys lady said I did ( I 100% believe she just didn't want to do her job). She removed & installed my battery for me with positive attitude, even though it had to be at least 100°. She never once made me feel dumb or like I was a burden. And I drove from Tyler County to get there. Pleasantly pleased with the entire staff. 10/10 would reccomend friends & family go there.

Seems like the staff may need a little more training as far as knowledge on items for cars. Gentleman that was helping me told me my daylight bulbs and bright headlight bulbs weren’t out and me simply looking at my reflection at a business showed me that was not the case. He also told me to grab any hub caps that were “15 because “it wouldn’t matter” and it turns out it DID because I needed one with 5 bolts. I needed to know if I needed drums or break pads in the back and he told me “he couldn’t help on that part” On top of that, another sales representative asked me what my name was and when I told her what my name was when she said it incorrectly, as she was training someone, she rolled her eyes. What could've been one trip turned into three and I ended up going to O’reilly and they helped me figure out if I needed drums in less than 15 seconds with friendly customer service. First time at this location, and definitely the last.

I had an emergency situation in front of Auto Zone's very front door on 8/14/2025. Was in Beaumont for doctor appointments and car battery life decided to exhaust its full potential life that hot 99° weather day. Store manager and assistant manager came through for me that day. I needed a brand new battery and they both worked as a team to get me not only waited on with a new battery but changed the battery out for me. Their teamwork saved my life that day, as they had to use one of their battery packs to get my car started! Thank you guys, will see you guys again 9/11/25 😃 😊 Not All Hero's Wear Capes!

Have been there many times, and tonight was my first disappointment. I have a dieing battery in my 2018 Acadia, and went to the store to get a new battery, with their free installation. I picked the top of the line Platinum battery, and paid for it. The only person to install it was a lady who had a negative attitude about putting the new battery in. Every little thing was a reason why she could not take the old battery out, and put the new one in. She recommended that they call in an independent mechanic, and I pay for the service call. Another gentlemen came out to help for a few minutes then left. She gave up on installing the battery, tightened the clamps, and walked back in the store. I got a refund on the $210 Platinum battery. Now I have a car with a bad battery that will not take or hold a charge.. Tomorrow, if I can make it to work in the morning, and if it starts in the afternoon, I will take it elsewhere for a new battery. As an aside, there was a very nasty dirty diaper and wipes on the parking lot just feet from my door. I had to walk around it as not to step in it. Several times I brought it to their attention, an no one swept it up.
