I can’t say enough about the awesome customer service I received today! Unfortunately these days good customer service is hard to find so I always want to give recognition when I receive it! Everyone was kind and helpful but Christopher went above and beyond. He tested my battery which I knew was dying and confirmed my suspicions. He helped me with my purchase and then put it in for me! What a blessing for someone who’s only option is to pay for everything done on my car! Thank you so much Christopher! You are a kind young man and I really appreciate you!

We stopped needing some help with our van, we were pretty sure it was a battery but didn’t know for certain. We stopped at Autozone on Sunshine and Mike was extremely helpful! He came outside to help without prompting, offered to scan the car, and installed a new battery all within 20 minutes!

Our story started when my husband had to be life flighted to springfield to save his life. After a week in the hospital we were trying to get home to West Plains. Our car broke down a block from this store. Jeremiah helped me get back to my car and got it boosted. We got it to the store and they put a new battery on it for me. These guys went above and beyond to help us and we made it home safe. I can't say enough good things about the guys in this store. Thank you so much.

I’ve been in there 3 times recently where they didn’t have the part I was looking for. That happens, I get that. However, none of the employees offered to order it, check another store, or anything. This last time I went in to look for something that online said was in stock. The employee walked me to where it should be and when they saw it wasn’t there just said, “oh it’s not here anymore.” And then just walked away from me. No other words said, no other help offered. Terrible customer service.

I was in yesterday, December 24, and was helped by two ladies. Not impressed. I asked for a fuel filter for a 2019 F-350 and was shown a couple of fuel filters on the rack that were made for a Vespa or Honda, and she was dead serious it must be one of these. Crazy incompetence. Went to O’Reillys down the road and they were actually knowledgeable. Sorry, won’t be going back.

Went back here today for new lamps for my headlights and Mike was able to help me. He was super nice and friendly and helped me get the right bulbs as well as teach me how to change them. So grateful to have had his help and get them changed as soon as I bought them! Highly recommend going to this location.

Ethan was outstanding, and so efficient! He put my license plates on my car that I just bought, he checked my windshield wipers for me and he worked with me on finding the best flashlight for me! In the future I will come here first for my automotive needs. I went back about 3 weeks later with a headlight out. Lane was very efficient, helped me chose which option was best for me and then replaced it with no problem! He was very professional and very quick without rushing me. Thank you again, Lane.
