They keep about everything you might need for driveway auto maintenance. Prices seem reasonable. I find their staff to be distant or even alouf. Helpful when pressed but getting their attention can be difficult. You can never tell who is the lead and whoever that is doesn't seem to try assure good customer service. A shame, really.
Edit: I tried again to use this store and again walked out pissed off.
Problem 1. There needs to be a CLEAR line to check out or to receive assistance. They rely on "whoever is next in line" to get to the next person. People mill around in front of the counter hoping someone will look up and offer attention. Prone to problems.
Problem 2: The one 'self-check' is advertised as "scan and go." I tried to use the terminal and when you get to the 'pay part' the transaction stops. You are AGAIN waiting for a staff member to push a button so the terminal can complete the sale. Completely stupid and frustrating. The 'lead' walked right past me, returning to his register without acknowledging my existence or doing the smart thing that moves customers thru by taking a few seconds to push the button. I was in fact the next in line but he called out and someone else shot up to the counter. That customer probably assumed I was being taken care of.
I won't be returning and I hope they care enough about future customers to make it easier and faster. Lines create organization. Organization is sorely needed there.

Cherlevet Worland was amazing. She went above and beyond to not only figure out which headlight we needed, but she installed them for us. I had hurt my back and was wondering how I would ever be able to do that task. It's like she read my mind and just jumped in and provided incredible service. We tried to give her a tip, but she refused, saying she was not allowed. She deserves KUDOS, a pay raise or something! We will certainly be back!!!

This place is so hot and cold. Mostly cold but all you see are high school students trying to sell parts. It’s disappointing that a national chain of stores whom specializes in parts leaves the information out of part selling.
And forget about customer service lol. Go to a Napa parts store where you can actually find someone who knows parts.

I have used Autozone forthe last 20 years, in Oregon and Washington. The staff is always helpful and knowledgable, to get you back on the road again. Product Reviews are nice to avoid certain cheaper parts, and when to spend more. Tip: Always bring your parts in to the store for matchup. Parts warranties are always nice, too. Thanks!
I also equally go to O'Reilly's so to keep both stores in business and open!

AutoZone has been a blessing to me. I have been buying auto parts there my whole life, and I have never experienced such poor customer service from a manager or person in charge like Robert.
The store located at 315 Lancaster has always been very good. All the employees who work there have been nice, and I have no complaints about them. However, in my situation, my van has been at the shop, and it has been very stressful. I purchased the parts two days ago, but for some reason, the system is still showing that cylinders 1 and 3 are bad.
I went to use my warranty on those parts, but I was not sure how the warranty works or when it becomes active. Anyway, I brought the parts I had with me because the mechanic told me to replace them again. Cylinders 1 and 3 are located in the back of the engine.
Mr. Robert refused to exchange one of the parts under warranty, saying that they do not replace warranty parts if they do not have the brand name on them. He was looking at the parts and insisting that both of them were not Duralast. He did not even seem to know what the parts were supposed to look like, and they were faulty anyway.
I believe there is a better way to speak to customers regarding warranty issues. I left very upset because the parts I bought two days ago for my van are not working. Robert made me purchase another ignition coil that I did not need, and when I asked if I would receive my money back, he was very aggressive and rude with me.
That is not cool at all.
