I appreciate and highly recommend this autozone because of them. Both being a great asset to this company. I feel deserve a raise and or bonus. I did a return for windshield wipers because I purchased the wrong size. Ladiora (hope I’m spelling name correctly) assisted me in my return and a couple of issues came up because I didn’t have the card I used. She went above and beyond to help process the exchange. Then her manager Liz came and also assisted with the return then asked if I need help with the installation. I did need assistance and she changed my wiper blades super fast. This Auto Zone employees had awesome customer service. Very helpful and informative. Thank you Liz and LaDiora for your help. ☺️☺️☺️☺️

I went there with my family to buy a few things and ask a few questions and we were being helped, The lady there, she seems like a manager or whatever but she came pretty rudely to respond to a question that wasn’t asked to her, no type of respectful customer service. I heard her talk to someone else and as well and the way she just speaks to customers isn’t appropriate. Customers should be treated kindly not like we are bothering especially if we are spending our money and are just looking for guidance in a store. Definitely not going there again.

At this AutoZone location, aggressive non-employees are regularly present near the entrance and parking area, approaching customers and pushing unauthorized services. Although these individuals are not AutoZone employees, they operate openly on the premises with no apparent intervention from store management. After I politely declined one of these individuals, he began shouting, whistling, and ultimately insulted me using a vulgar term in Spanish. This occurred in the store’s parking lot, an area where customers should reasonably expect a safe and respectful environment. No staff member or manager took any action. This situation creates a hostile and unsafe atmosphere for customers and raises serious concerns about customer safety and potential liability. The lack of response suggests that this behavior is being ignored or implicitly tolerated by store management. I expect AutoZone to maintain a safe environment for its customers. I strongly urge corporate leadership to review this location and take immediate corrective action.
