Horrible and I mean absolutely horrible service. I wouldn’t even say little, more like no knowledge of my vehicle and all we did was go in for a battery replacement. Got the wrong size to start with, had no knowledge on how to replace said battery resorted to YouTube. Also when we had drove the vehicle to the location we had no check engine light; they worked on our vehicle and after, we immediately noticed a check engine light ON. The employees had no knowledge of the code, googled it and even read off the wrong description of what that said code was. They were unable to fix the code which led to us leaving with now a check engine light on in our vehicle when we originally didn’t have one to begin with. All employees seemed to lack the knowledge that I would assume a AutoZone employee would have.

We were passing through Pueblo, and my minivan started having issues. A friend of mine told me that Autozone offers free diagnosis and suggested I go there. AJ, Lewis, and Chris were very helpful. AJ did the diagnosis for me with a printout, Lewis chimed in with a few suggestions, and Chris gave me several tips on what to do for the repair. Due to the extensive amount of work that needed to be performed, Chris suggested going to Midas for the mechanical work, which was conveniently located across the street. We went there and within several hours, the repairs were done and we were back on the road. Great teamwork by all 3 employees! Thank you!
