I'm recently single again and have had 2 issues now with my truck. Both times I've asked the awesome guys at this auto zone for help, and both times the weee more than willing to see if they themselves could resolve the issue and try to sell.me a new part beforehand. Both times their expertise was spot on and I didnt have to spend a dime. But when I do need anything else they will always get my business. Thank you again, great bunch of guys !!

A nice young man named jacob was very helpful. I don’t know anything about cars and mine wouldn’t start and he offered to test it. It was bad and he put it in for me even tho the weather was bad that day and they were busy. I was very grateful. Saved me a trip to the shop.

I stopped in on the 13th and was greeted by a very friendly and informative crew, jeff was the one who helped me with my purchase, he asked questions and walked me through to finding the right part for my car. I told him about my numerous bad interactions at the upper peach location, how they lost my parts and were incredibly rude, he actually took 10% off my part because of my experience at the other store, which was totally not needed, but very appreciated, I will definitely be stopping in again and will bring the car to this location once its finished

Went to AutoZone to purchase a new battery for my 2016 Hyundai Elantra SE. The current battery in my vehicle, which was not purchased & installed at AutoZone, was the wrong one for my vehicle therefore causing a loose terminal. Levi quickly identified the problem and was incredibly helpful to determine which battery was compatible. From the moment we walked in the door, installation & check out it was a very good experience.

The west 26th street near Peninsula store is great. I always seem to have the rarest complex issues with my vehicles and every time I come into the store I always seem to get helped by Vince at the register. I can roll dice and still get him at the counter when I come in....Funny thing. Vince always is knowledgeable and savvy with ideas and methods needed to help me fix any problem with parts and identifying what I need. A walking auto parts encyclopedia when I need it. The experience I get with him makes me feel appreciated and takes away my anxiety and I appreciate the great customer service he provides. I love this store because of people like Vince.

Today I had an experience I've rarely had at any store honestly, because of the customer service I received from the man working there. I asked him his name so I could write a review which I absolutely never ever ever do, because I either forget or it wasn't that memorable of an experience, with that said his name is Brandon Smith. I walked in expecting to need to buy new windshield wipers, that were not old in the first place. So he helped me look at the different types of windshield wipers that were available. I made it clear I wanted the cheapest there was lol because I had just spent about 50 to $60 on a pair of windshield wipers a couple months ago. This is where he showed exceptional customer service. He went out of his way to find out the problem with my windshield wipers which just so happened to be an easy fix. He saved me needing to buy new windshield wipers and on top of that he fixed it himself. I'm sorry for the rent but whoever his manager is needs to know that he is one exceptional employee! He was extremely professional and went above and beyond for a complete stranger. I will definitely be coming back because of him so thank you Brandon again!

Location ⭐️ Availability ⭐️ Price ⭐️ Customer Service If a customer isn’t knowledgeable or he or she is trying to make sure that the purchase is what they are looking for, it would be nice for the customer to feel comfortable on the purchase and this is where customer service will help even more with that. I purchased a purge valve and the older gentleman on the register was a bit rude when it came to providing service on my sale.

I came in with no clue about anything, but knowing something was up with my battery and not only did they test it first to make sure I actually needed a new one, but then helped me get a new battery and even replaced my back windshield wiper for me! I bought both a new warrantied battery and windshield wiper and Mike installed it for me for free with a great attitude! Everything is in working order and it was a super positive and quick experience, I couldn’t recommend more! Thank you so much for not taking advantage of a clueless person and making it a great experience!
