I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. Santiago Replaced all four rotors, eight brake pads, and twelve spark plugs on my 2002 Mercedes C240 in under three 1/2 hours. His knowledge of the vehicle was obvious from the start, and his work ethic is top-notch. It’s rare to find a mechanic who is this fast without sacrificing quality. This guy is awesome, he got to where I was in 20 minutes and tested everything that didn't require taking the engine apart (probably because we were in a parking lot). I'd trust him to do that too if I wasn't passing through town. He knew exactly what he was doing and had a list of possible problems.

WARNING!! DO NOT TRUST SANTIAGO WITH YOUR CAR! He stopped by my place on August 29th for a complete rear drum brakes replacement on my Van. He finished, I paid him, and he was on his way. Later on that day, I decided to run some errands using my van and I noticed the brakes were not working like they should. I would have to press down, hard, on the peddle to slow down. It was not safe to drive. I called and texted that same day and he text me the next day and told me he wasn't sure when he would be able to stop by because he is pretty much booked up. This was the last time he wrote or contacted me. I took my van to a local shop and watched as the driver side rear brake shoes fell to the ground as the REAL MECHANIC removed the brake drum. BOTH SIDES WERE MISSING PARTS! If I could give zero stars, I would.

10/10 would recommend to everyone. I was stranded at a friend’s house due to my car not starting. I called Mr. Avalos and he was able to give me a run down of what it may or may not be. Even though it was pouring rain, he still comes out and runs some tests on my car. He lets me know that I would need to replace the alternator. His prices to diagnose and replace the part were very reasonable and within my price range. Without his help, i would still be stuck without a car!
