One of the better 100% hand wash places around here. Couple of notes: Owner is nice but smokes near one end of the waiting area, so if you are sensitive to that... Also there is no indoor waiting area with seating. Fortunately there are semi shady areas and you generally get nice breezes from the canyon.

Great fast service.. did a great job with my car... saw a guy ask the guy to do a little extra with his car... putting the tyre shine on his mirrors.. the staff member gladly did, then the guy drove off without tipping... seriously people they are cleaning your dirty car.. leave a tip Great service Even friendlier than before Still a nice fast place to get your car washed, They do a good job

You would think when prices go up the quality of service go up as well. However that is not the case here, in fact it's the other way around, they used to do A decent work when they used to charge half as much, now the prices have doubled and the quality has degraded... I'm out!

I decided to give this place a try but I certainly will not be coming back. I drove in, the owner/attendant did not smile nor greeted. It took almost 30 min to get my car back even though there was no cars ahead of me, they were only finishing one up front. The kid (look like 15) who they assigned my car to seemed reluctant and was very slow, it just made me sad. By the time I got my car I had even forgotten what services I was suppose to get on that package but I know it was suppose to have air fresher, which they did not do. I seriously just wanted to go and not come back. The job they did I can do it myself at a self wash place.

***BAD, RUSHED AND EXPENSIVE WASH***This was my 2nd time coming here. I got the most expensive wash which I thought would cover all areas of the car. Once it was finished my wheels were still dirty and were not cleaned at all, yet the tires had armoral and they did not clean the inside windows in the rear hatch or vacuum the rear at all. It was not busy when I went, no excuses for a car wash that rushes and pays no attention to detail. I will not be coming back.

Great car wash. I had just returned from a trip to Az and had been on many country dirt roads. My car was filthy. they quickly did the exterior and interior within about 10 minutes. I am very pleased and will return again.

Good prices and hardly ever busy but that’s because they are pretty rude. I was willing to over look that as long as the wash was good but they left a lot of dirty spots on my car. Granted it was really dirty but I expected more. The inside was spotless but it wasn’t that dirty inside.

Expensive and they did a horrible job. Many spots near the rocker panel were still dirty, they put no air freshener in my car. The inside front window still had marks and streaks, wheels were not cleaned properly and they did not remove my carpets in the rear seating area when vacuuming. This was their "platinum wash". First and last time coming here. Why pay to have your car washed when you have to go home and finish the job they couldn't.

Very nice owner and was so happy they opened 30 minutes before most car washes. However, they were much more expensive and took too long to get to my vehicle first thing in the morning. Worst part was that my hood wasn't even clean - I had to get the rag from the guy and clean it separately myself. Will does weren't the greatest.

Super nice and excellent service. Came here and they were quick and did an excellent job. The owner is super nice and tried to advise me on the best service even though I didnt want to spend a lot of money. And they removed every bit of dog hair. I’m super happy and will definitely be back. Most thorough wash I’ve had in California!

Service has been WAY to slow here the last few times I’ve come. The last time I went it was a Friday afternoon and they had 2 employees for about 10 cars. The manager decides to have them both hand wash a car that came in last making every other car wait longer. It’s fine if the owner wanted his car hand washed and not ran through the machine but then make them wait their turn AND don’t have the only 2 employees washing that one car. I really did like this car wash but the wait has been over an hour the last few times I’ve come. I’ll be going elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience at Azusa Auto Spa. They broke my molding on my window. I went back to inform the person in charge. He was a slim male with tattoos all over his body. My molding was found inside the washing machine. I have a new car and the molding is held with two screws. The tattooed thug at the counter, told me they had a policy of not being responsible for damages. I told the tattooed thug at the counter that I would not be returning to the car wash. He then told me to leave before he flattened me. He obviously had a gun in his waistband. It looks like Arab thugs are running the place.

Very disappointed. I drop the car off during my break and I explain my concerns. I paid $70 for the diamond wash. But the car wasn't full complete Vacuum and the doors still had dirt. They weren't even whipped down. He tells me I should have gotten a detail. I guess a wipe-down of the inside and a complete vacuum don't come with the car wash package. But the car looks nice from the outside. Never again. Not even if it's free. Hopefully, they will work on the quality and not worry about quantity of cars they was. Best of luck. I had to wip it down and vacuuming it myself.
