Great people and great work. Prices are reasonable and they got things done in a good amount of time. Work that was done was done well and havent had any problems since. Only thing is, make sure you call ahead and make an appointment, they do seem to be very busy. Means they must be doing something right .

Bob knows what he doing and he will tell you honest truth what he can not do and what has to be done. I like safety first attitude! Tho, he had some battles to win on my vehicle because what the last 2 mechanics did to the car (engine and transmission/linkages) , if nothing else he is a good listener and a 2nd opinion if necessary!

I stopped in to check on getting all four brakes done on the Mazda6 I got from my "kid". I drove it back from Ottawa (yes, Canada) with the "Kid's car". It's Uber salty roads there and actually it's my daughter in laws car. I don't think she washed it all winter . .but I digress! The parking lot was FULL of Beemers, waiting for their tax refunds. Hmmm. I decided to take it to my buddy "Walter". ( Who's certified legally) He had them on in a hot minute!

No clue how this place has ten five star reviews (unless they are deleting honest ones like these or they have family/friends/employees writing reviews). I don’t know where to begin. Draining my ac system to pull a spark plug? Claiming they did no such thing? Telling me they are just too darned busy to get it back in to charge the system? Stating that, regardless of being “Too darned busy and needing more mechanics and space, we refuse to work a minute past 5”. At least four cars have been abandoned by their owners at this shop because said owners refused to pay for “services”. Doesn’t sound like any exotic car owner I know. It’s time the state shuts them down.

Good work so far after 2-3 shop repairs on our 2008 Volvo XC 90. Work is done within specified timeframe, at a fair price and often they'll review "other issues" and advise if you simply ask and if they find something you didn't expect, they let you know. That = TRUST, which can be iffy in an area with many options and many levels of quality and customer service. Will be returning for future work on our Volvo

The owner told me to buy a part and a service that my vehicle did not need. Never provided proof of the "broken" part that they claimed needed to be replaced. Overcharged for the part as well. Dishonest place. Most people aren't mechanics and have to completely rely on the vehicle doctor. This place will take a full advantage of you, true "businessmen".

This place is EXCELLENT!!!! I rarely leave reviews on places (probably less than 5 my entire life) but this place definitely deserves all 5 stars. I have a 2007 c230 mercedes which I was hearing some odd noises from, I called there on Tuesday ( day after new year's) and Bob was able to look at my car even though I didn't have an appointment. He was extremely professional and accommodating. He checked the car promptly and called me back telling me what the noise was. He explained the issue, cost, and the urgency of getting it repaired (not urgent at all, how many repairshops will say that!) He told me I could drop it off anytime and it would take 1 day to get it fixed. I didn't get it done at the time, but I will definitely be going there ONLY to get it fixed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, AWESOME STAFF, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND REASONABLY PRICED. 5 STARS AND 2 THUMBS UP!

Bob charged me for a diagnostic He couldn't diagnose on my Jaguar. He charged me 225$ in diagnostic fees. I explained to him My car stopped after hitting a pot hole. He said my starter and car isn't receiving a signal. I would need an electrical diagnostic. I paid him for an electrical diagnostic for him to say the same thing!!! I needed a starter, no signal. I can pay him to put Starter on but need to take to dealership to finish the job. Didnt make sense so I towed to dealership and they said I never needed a starter! The pothole triggered the inertia switch " which fords have when there is major impact. Asked Bob for a refund and he refused!!!!

Not only do hardly any places work on autos from Europe, but many won't work on issues that go deeper..B&A takes on that challenge on surpass expectations! My volvo had several issues and they went above and beyond with its repairs. Although I'm confident I won't have any more auto issues, IF I do, I'll most certainly bring it back here.

My BMW 550i needed a new engine and B & A bent over backwards helping me, working with the extended warranty company to get everything covered. They were super friendly every single time I called, every single employee was helpful! My car was towed there and recommended both by AAA AND by the wrecker driver. He told me that no one else could do as good a job as B & A and he was 100% right! I HIGHLY recommend B & A Autoport to anyone! They are completely transparent, helpful, friendly and HONEST!
