I came to the shop because of several community members recommending it. I did not like the way I was talked to, but if that’s how they wanna talk to their customers so be it. I wasn’t gonna leave a negative review for that but I was not going to be a repeat customer. Deciding for me that my car is not worth it was not what I asked but it was his “professional” opinion. However, I did take it to my regular mechanic two days after having it at this shop. I had absolutely no coolant in my car but I was definitely charged for it. I have waited three weeks to see if I had a coolant leak somewhere, but there is no leak. My car was sent home with no coolant. I’d love to speculate further, but I’m just gonna leave this here so others know to check their fluids because I would’ve definitely had a huge problem had I not chose to take it back to my regular Mechanic for a flush two days after.

We have lived in East Valley for over 10+ years, and have never found a reliable,honest auto shop. I just left with a complete air conditioning repair and happy to say they surpassed my expectations. They took my car in without an appt and it was ready in 4 days. Friendly crew and knowledgeable. Very reasonable prices for parts and labor. I had clutch repair with flywheel and slave cylinder replaced. Fixed a tranny leak and changed out my battery. Very good repair shop. I highly recommend them for your repairs. Honest and reliable.

Can't say enough good about my experience with Howard and his crew. Was told by another mechanic that there was a valve issue and it would be up to 7k. I was devastated and cancelled a road trip. I turned to a local FB page and read solid recommendations on the shop. But what really got me was Howard reaching out an answering my questions even before I stepped into the shop. Look, I am a recent cancer survivor trying to get back on my feet and the first diagnosis left me with a WTH Universe?! I was terrified that my car was headed for the graveyard. How can I pay for a massive repair bill?! Howard recommend a more in depth compression test so I brought it in. Diagnostics were LESS than what he quoted and you know why? Because it didn't need the test! He said the car was just great. Wasn't sure what that other guy saw. 🤔 (the first guy didn't have the equipment to do the repair so it wasn't $$$$ motive.) I am so grateful and they have a customer for life! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Howard always is fair with his pricing and communicates issues regarding the repairs. He has performed numerous repairs on my 14 year old Jeep and I feel he has always treated me fairly. He is honest and does not do unneeded repairs the someone would not know whether these repairs are needed are not. I would highly recommend B & H auto for maintenance and repairs

He is also very generous and has great integrity. We had a mystery evap system problem going on with one of our cars and he would not give up until we figured it out. Dudes cool people, he charged me half the price SunSevil quoted and conducted the repair in a timely manner. Really appreciate it. When I arrived I observed a clean working environment which is super important to me and all the employees seemed focused on what they where doing. They replaced a rack n' pinion for me and are backing it up with a good warranty. They also replaced my rotors and calipers and it came out legit. I'm going back next week for a minor repair on some coilovers and are expecting the same quality work. These guys are good.
