THIS PLACE IS FABULOUS! We had auto body work done at B&K several years ago when we lived closer to Pasadena. This time, we almost went somewhere else closer to home to have our car fixed after an accident. We are so thankful that we came back to B&K! Raffi (owner), George (manager) and the entire team is professional, super nice, and most importantly HONEST. Oh, did I forget to also say that the quality of their work is outstanding. My car actually drives better now than I can ever remember it driving! By the way, we drove an hour and 15 minutes to get here after visiting with five different auto body shops close to home. We are so glad that we made the trip and I promise you that if you take your car to B&K, you will be just as thrilled as we are!

Be aware….. when Raffi says “ we’re going to take great care of you and your vehicle “ what he means is we’ll bill your insurance company the most we can possibly get, keep your vehicle hostage for over two months, loose parts, return your vehicle incomplete and with additional damage and a horrible paint job. That was my experience. I wish you better success. Best bet is to steer clear of this shop entirely.

Horrible customer service!!! Took my Toyota tundra in to get a quote to fix the front end crossmember. The guy quoted me $150 to straighten the frame and mount my bumper. I took my truck and left it with them overnight and when I came back the next morning. They had never even touched my bumper. Now the manager there is telling me he knows nothing about my truck, even though I left it with them overnight and gives me an attitude on the phone telling me it’s gonna cost more even though he’s claiming he hasn’t even seen my truck. This manager is definitely a con artist

I truly don’t ever write reviews, however, on the eve of Christmas in movie like fashion, this is a must. I stopped into this shop with an unrelated car issue (electric scooter tire needed repair) and was met with welcome arms and grace from Rafi, Ryan and Gilbert. I truly appreciate the help these gentlemen offered to ensure I was able to enjoy the rest of my night and Christmas with peace of mind. I had such a great experience, I want to tell everybody. Went in with my teenage son's car which had a number of scrapes that were starting to rust. I assumed I would have to leave the car behind. Raffi greeted me, and after a quick assessment, retrieved a polisher and proceeded to polish out all the scrapes. He followed it up with a paint sprayer and made all the scrapes disappear. Within 10 minutes it was all done - all the scrapes fixed. like magic. On top of that great service, he did it at no charge. no charge! Now its my turn to pay it forward. Thank you Raffi!

I’m Nov I got side swiped by a hit and run driver. The drivers wiper all of my driver side causing extensive damage. I took my car to B&K auto body and they fixed it up and in a fast and timely manor. But unfortunately just two months later I rear ended the back of the car (same side I just got fixed ) luckily I can always trust B&K to always have my back. I’ve been going to them for 3 years and with my luck I see them quite often. But I’m so glad to have found such a great and trusting auto body. They are really like family and everyone on the team is amazing especially RAFA

I had some issues with my front bumper and Raffi quickly figured out what was up, popped it in place, and had one of his guys drill some screws to secure everything. It's refreshing to have someone not take advantage of my apparent lack of knowledge and help me not spend money. Will definitely be coming back with any of my auto body needs.

This body shop was recommended to me by my regular mechanic and I am so glad! From start to finish the service was friendly, professional, transparent, and incredibly thorough. You can tell they take pride in their work and it shows. Brian, Wolf, and the rest of the guys at the shop were so respectful and helpful and did an INCREDIBLE job fixing my car which had a ton of damage from running over metal on the freeway. At no point did I feel like I was being yanked around. Just a really trustworthy, good experience. They even fixed extra dents that had nothing to do with my reported incident damage - what?! So appreciated. It looks so good now! Like I never owned it - LOL! My car looks so much better than I even expected it to. They truly went above and beyond when repairing, communicating, and dealing with my insurance. While I hope I don't mess up my car again, I will absolutely return to B&K if I need similar services. Incredibly happy with the service I got from Brian and his team at B&K Auto Body! Had to get my bumper fixed after a small fender bender. Brian was extremely helpful, helped accommodate my schedule, and was upfront about the turnaround time (1.5 days). I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready by the following afternoon. My bumper looked so beautiful 🤩 It looks brand new and is perfectly aligned now. Will definitely be coming back if I ever need any future body work!
