I have never had someone I could trust, to look after my car until now. A little over a year ago, I brought my 2001 jeep in to get inspected. I knew there were some issues, including (I thought) my brakes and expressed these concerns to them. And while there were some problems, the brakes were not one of them. I was stunned to be told this, more so since I had voiced my concerns over the brakes, so I figured they would be fiddled with whether they needed it or not. Now a year later, and another inspection looming, I had a check engine light. And the diagnosis was not easy. They had honest conversations with me, accompanied with hand drawn diagrams, gave me the facts and let me decide. Even said they would remove the installed part, and not charge me for the part or labor, if it didn't solve the check engine light problem. It is evident that B & M Auto takes pride in a job well done.

My car needed extensive suspension and brake work. The people they were very transparent about the amount of work to be done and how long it would take to complete it. Been a customer here for a couple of years. Car had a knocking sound that they diagnosed as being the engine. Offered to sell me a new car and apparently one of the mechanics wanted to buy my car too, which was definitely suspicious. Took my car to another shop and it was just the timing belt tensioner. Saved my self a lot of money. Don't trust these people.

Emil the owner of this shop literally saved my 2008 bmw 6 series. Had a major oil leak, check engine light and I had a steering rack problem all as the new year began the car was practically undrivable. Went to a few other places first around Whitestone including Whitestone auto center and Power Autosports. I was with more than one month without my car just having my car going from place to place and all said they didn’t know how to work on it. Saw on Whitestone Facebook page good reviews on B&M and boy were they right. Emil’s prices for work done are completely reasonable and he has the equipment and tech to work on European cars. I was quoted more than $1k less than Great Bear(scammers). The work done was great and it drives great. Thank you Emil your a life saver.

Emil & his team were so sweet! They helped out a damsel in distress 😂 literally!!! My plate on the back of my car was falling off due to rusted screws. I was trying to remove the rest myself and they were super tough. They handled it with ease, quickly and professionally. Friendly staff, fair price, and they really went the extra mile.
