I brought my car in to pull a dent out and secure my bumper. Tim was about as nice and accommodating as someone could be! He did exactly what I needed on the spot and then told me the repair was minor and not to worry about it. I was grateful and would certainly use Baker Body & Glass for further body work issues. They seem like people who just love to work on cars. I was really impressed!

Baker’s Auto Body doesn’t like people of color. Especially, Black people. On or about, Jan 2, 2025, approximately 10:30 a.m. I came to the establishment seeking an estimate for body work on my 86 Cutlass Supreme. I entered the gentleman’s office stating, “Baker’s auto was highly recommended. I’ve come here seeking work on my vehicle”. The manager/whoever he was was very unprofessional. Let alone, didn’t look up to acknowledge my presence. He treated me as if I was a “boy”. With that said, I left. I’m not going to beg to spend my money with anyone. Again, if you’re are of color. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.

Baker Auto and Glass didn’t just fix my car—they upgraded it like it was auditioning for a Fast & Furious sequel. After a fender bender left it looking like it lost a bar fight, I dropped it off expecting “decent.” What I got back? Chef’s kiss. It’s shinier, smoother, and somehow cooler than before the accident. I half expected it to wink at me when I picked it up. 10/10 would crash again just to see their magic. (Kidding. Mostly.)

I was told to contact Baker Body and Glass to repair the dent in my red Lexus ES350 by the guy that hit me. It was a 40 minute drive for me. Baker was half the price of the another body shop recommended by Lexus, and would only have it in the shop for 3 days. Tim at Baker told me what to expect and Baker delivered.
