Literally the rudest individual I've ever spoken with in the state of Alabama, I would highly suggest never doing business with this company. Take your money and vehicles elsewhere.

The absolute worst place to get your vehicles worked on none of my parts are replaced which I paid for only refurbished so where are all my parts that I'm buying brand new ? More than likely getting sold back to the auto parts store these people are jokes when it comes to mechanics how does my vehicle run worse than it did when I brought it in

The Lady At The Front Desk Very Rude & Unprofessional. I Took My Vehicle Up There For A Check Engine Light. She Told Me That The 02 Sensors NeededTo Be Replaced & That Alone Was $300. I Came & Picked Up My Car And The Light Was Back On. I Took My Car Back Up There The Next Morning & She Told Me I Would Have To Wait In Line & Basically My Time & Money Was Wasted !! Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Worst job i think I've ever seen. i personally didn't go there but met a guy with a truck like mine and he said he had a power loss problem, so i tried to help since i have a good mechanical knowledge. they cut the original throttle body wire connector off and did the same to the mass air flow sensor, found one that would fit that had all the same color wires, then just taped it together and charged the guy 800$!!! and then told him that he needed to come and get it. Did not even solve the problem. i wouldn't let them work on a razor scooter.

I have been going here a couple of years now. Family owned and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They go above and beyond to help. I even got a Christmas card last year. They dont rip you off or mark up parts. Labor's a little high but what mechanic shop isn't in my opinion. I'll never take my car anywhere else but here!

In August of 2015 my wife and I were on a cross continental trip, riding our motorcycles starting in Vancouver, BC. Some 10 miles out of Tuscaloosa the radiator on my Kawasaki Versys picked up a rock and the coolant started gushing out. We pulled into a gas station and after a bit of phoning around we were directed to Bama Auto Repair. I phoned Bobby and he reassured me that "if it was fixable, we could fix it." This was very nice to hear after the initial stress of discovering that something broke that I personally can't fix. After limping to Bama, Bobby and I disassembled the radiator and he patched it up. He was helpful, quick, friendly and he had it fixed at an incredibly reasonable price. We were on our way to New Orleans in mere two and a half hours after the incident. This experience proved to be one of the highlights of our 9000 mile trek. Highly recommended!

Greg at Bama always does a good job on my vehicles, so I decided to try them on a few of my small engines. Andy repaired my pressure washer in no time. I recommend them for all of your vehicle and small engine repairs.

There are not enough kind words I can say about this group of people! They are extremely knowledge and will Go The extra mile for you to be sure you and your vehicle are taken care of! They worked on my car’s oil leak which had gotten pretty bad. But they fixed her! My car is 28 years old and a Toyota Tercel. Another place in town said she was going down hill and fast! Not these people! They respect older cars and believe they are worthy of your undivided attention as much as a new one! They are VERY reasonable as well! Gave me a very good deal! They set your mind to ease! And that’s extremely important to me! I know when I take my car here I have NO fear! I can not say that about all car repairs! They are the BEST! Look no further!

When we first called Bama Auto, we were excited because they were so lovely on the phone. They had me drop my car off to have the AC fixed, and it was done the next day. However, after we picked it up, I noticed a purring-type sound, and it was not blowing as much as it should and immediately called them to make it right. It took me three calls with no return call (each time told someone would call me back because the person on the phone could not tell me anything) before having my husband call and finally was told when we could bring it in. We took it over, and later they called to say that it was fixed and the issue was leaves in the filter, so they switched that out (which they did not get approval from us first). They also charged us for a diagnostic test, even though whatever was wrong with it was how we received it after they worked on it. Well…the purring sound is still there as well as the low pressure. Still, also, there were scratches on the glove box area that was removed to get to the filter, the contents of my glove box were in disarray as well as my manual being ripped and pages out and folded and stuffed back in and there was dirt left from their hands (see pics below). So ultimately, go here if you want to spend extra money without results and have extra repairs to make from their damage.
