I have took my car to this shop three times now over the past few years. And I can’t be pleased enough on how fast and the quality of work that is done. Highly recommend, thanks Greg!

Do Not bring a radiator here for repairs or cleaning. I had trash in my radiator and it needed to be roded out. They had it a week an called me to say it was ready to pick up. I paid them and looked inside only to find out it had more trash in it now than when I took it up there so I talked with Greg an he told me the radiator guy said he cleaned it out but that he would make sure it was right Monday even if he had to do it himself. Monday comes no word so I call them Wednesday a they said it would be ready Thursday I go by there an they say it’s not ready yet it will be ready Friday. I go by there Friday an they tell me they took it apart an it keeps getting holes in it that I need a new one. A week an a half later the new one finally comes in. I went to pick it up and the old one I dropped off only to find out that it hadn’t even been taken apart or tried to be cleaned. So I told Greg it hadn’t even been cleaned an had zero holes in it. His response was “I don’t know what my employees do, I don’t watch them..” what kind of business owner can’t take it upon himself to walk in the back and look for himself in four weeks after he lied and try to scam me the first time by spraying some new paint on it.

If you are in need of a repair please give my good friends at Bama Auto Repair and Radiator a chance to fix it!!!! I am from out of town, called them while they were on lunch and eating, I interrupt their work thanksgiving lunch, they still take the time and care to look my car over and over, they made me and the kid feel like family with sharing their thanksgiving feast with us, got the job done and I was able to make it to my final destination! Again thank you all at Bama Auto Repair and radiator!!! Y’all are life savers and appreciate all y’all’s hard work! If it wasn’t for y’all I doubt I would have made it!

Greg and his mechanic crew did a fabulous job getting our Ram 1500 Promaster van up running again after our oil gasket blew. His team completed the work in one day, even staying after hours to complete the job! They were genuinely concerned that they complete the job timely to get us back on our coast to coast road trip following our boys UofA graduation 🧑🎓. Thank you again Greg and all your staff for your kindness. God Bless you all.

I had a radiator for a Ford F150 with a pinhole leak. They were unable to get solder to stick to the aluminum tubing, but sold me a 100% new radiator for less than half the price I saw listed at two different "discount" auto parts stores (does discount mean can't count?). Very happy with the result, and the radiator works fine and has a lifetime warranty. Like everything else these days, it was made in that over-seas country that has taken over all our manufacturing and will ultimately drive our wages to their levels, but that's probably also where radiators from the discount places come from, so might as well get it for 48%.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP IF YOU ARE OF MINORITY RACE !!! They had my car for over 6 months called me said it was ready got there it wasn’t said it would be ready after hours so I paid over $500, went that night to pick it up it wouldn’t crank. They kept my car two more months , picked it up literally just drove it home and it wouldn’t crank anymore. Talked to Greg about them fixing it or refunding me my money he said at least it crunk and drove. I’m literally in the process of a small claims court dispute with them the workers live in the shop In the back room and are always drinking beer and alcohol. I found out that they messed this older lady’s car up and never once checked it again, she placed a piece of paper under her tire and the car didn’t move in months they said they looked at it and towed it back to her house without a refund. This place was once a great shop but the owner has lost his best mechanics and is scamming people just to survive.

My daughter's car was towed there with only one issue. It would start but not stay running. I picked the car up and now it billows smoke and has no power. It has been rendered inoperable. I paid $385 total for what should have been an easy fix and now we can't even drive the car.

I just dropped my vehicle off to the shop today. From the moment, I walked into the door I was treated like family. The owners are extremely kind and genuinely concerned about their customers vehicle issues. This kind of kindness and professionalism is hard to come by these days . I sat and chatted with them for a good half hour about fishing, family and all kinds of stuff. I fully trust they will do everything in their capacity to get my pickup running like brand new .. 10 stars !!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Greg at Bama Auto Repair and Radiator, after I had an incident on the road that resulted in my radiator breaking. He gave me an accurate price and timeline over the phone, and called me about the car’s progress after I had it towed to him. While my specific radiator wasn’t in the local area, he had the part shipped to his shop overnight, and had it fixed the next day. Greg was incredibly professional over the phone and kind inperson. He even added a 10% military discount to my repair, and my total ended up being under his estimate. It was a pleasure working with this company, and I’ll be back if I have more problems with my vehicle before I graduate. The only thing I must note is they have a 3.25% credit card fee, and they don’t accept checks, so I would recommend visiting the ATM before picking up your car to avoid the fee (which can add up quickly if you’re getting work done to your car).
