I called and spoke with Jonathan a few times, he was very patient and helpful. When we had it all sorted out, he said he'd be to my location in 20 minutes - was there in 10! I'm an agent for an emergency roadside dispatch service. Just last night I set up a service with Mr. Jonathan for a long distance tow for a very difficult customer. Very patiently and professionally he worked with us as the customer changed the drop off address for their vehicle 7 different times. Jonathan continued to work with us throughout the evening when most providers would have rejected the service. With the providers like this guy working for Barrett's, I would highly recommend and use these guys every time I need to set up a tow in their area. Thank you sir for all your hard work you did for us. You deserve medal! I cannot say it enough how much providers like you are very rare and appreciated!

First time using them so I called in before hand for an estimate. It was a fair price so decided to use their services. Jonathan arrived quickly and was able to get my car hooked up and on its way in a timely fashion. He was super personable and very nice about the whole thing. I called them for a tow after my car just died on us while driving, and they arrived extremely quickly, got the car loaded up and ready. Everything was very efficient, and the guy, Jonathan, who helped us was very polite and nice, he got us home right on time and the whole transaction went really smoothly. Barrett's definitely gets a solid five stars from my experience with Jonathan. He went above and beyond to help me with my suv and because of the extra concern and time that he took to get some info about what was going on with my vehicle- he saved me hundreds in a unnecessary repair bill! In a day and time when so many businesses sadly sacrifice customer care for their bottom line, I am glad to know that Barrett's is NOT one of those- especially Jonathan! Will certainly recommend!!

These guys are fantastic. Easter day and my brand new truck died. Jonathan was there quickly and very friendly and professional. For being a holiday the level of customer service was phenomenal. Even sent me a photo of the truck at the dealership and of the paperwork being done with a wish for my Easter to get better. Jonathan was highly professional as well as prompt and on time. We were running a little late for the appointed pick up time and he was flexible. Jonathan went the extra mile by coordinating with the repair shop we had the car towed to, for after hour drop off. Our vehicle was placed inside the shop due to Jonathan working with one of the employees of the shop to meet him there after hours. Great customer service.

AMAZING COMPANY!!! JONATHAN IS THE BEST!!! I will most definitely be recommending this company to any and everyone I know who owns a car and ever needs any kind of wrecker services especially if you live in the Murfreesboro area! I was stuck on the side of the road for a very long time with a flat tire because the first tow truck company I called canceled an hour and a half after securing their services without even so much of a phone call. It was extremely hot outside and of course the air had went out in my car. Two hours later while waiting for the second tow truck company that was called Jonathan from Barrett’s Garage & Wrecker Service saw me and went completely out of his way to turn around and come to help me out. He wasn’t even the second tow truck company that I called, he just happened to notice me stranded and came to see if he could offer his assistance. After I told him I was waiting on another tow truck to arrive he could have easily saw that all I needed was a changed tire and went along his merry way, because that’s why the other tow truck company canceled on me. Instead he changed my tire and got me out of the blazing heat within minutes! It’s amazing to know that there is a tow truck company out there that has amazing, kind, and friendly employees like Jonathan who provide you with a service at a very, very reasonable price instead of taking advantage of people who are in desperate situations. Thank you again so much Jonathan for getting me out of the heat!!! You are absolutely amazing!

Very pleased. They towed a classic car for me that had to be pulled out of my shop which was hard to get to. Jonathan took care to make sure my car was pulled out and dropped off safely. He did great work, arrived when he said he would, and had a great attitude and professional demeanor. I’d definitely recommend them for towing. I’ll use Barrett’s from now on.

Jonathan was excellent. He was kind, respectful and was very willing to help me and keep me in the loop. He went above and beyond anything that I expected. The price was good too. Barrett’s was recommended to me from an area shop and after using them just this one time, I can see why. They made this process quick and I felt my vehicle was in very good hands. Called this service at 10 at night while in Murfreesboro, with a running vehicle. Checked website to ensure they provide lockout services and called number once seeing that they do. We were calling any numbers we could find, but didn’t realize we had already called them. The person on the phone was extremely rude and shut us down before we could explain the situation. Do not recommend.

I contacted Barretts when my car wouldn't start. I was an hour from home and wasn't really sure who to call. I found Barrett's through an internet search. I gave them a call and Josh arrived within 10 minutes. He attempted to boost my car and when that didn't work he even gave me a great recommendation for a garage. Josh then towed my car and gave me a ride to the garage. In about 2 hours total I was back on the road. I was so relieved and this stressful situation was resolved with quickness, professionalism and helpfulness. When your vehicle isn't drivable it is really stressful, especially when you aren't close to home. Josh really came through for me. I highly recommend Barrett's Garage and Wrecker Service for any of your towing needs. They did a fantastic job!
