The Nolensville store has excellent service and experience however the Batteries Plus corporate franchisor is not supportive of when issues arise. I gauge a company of how they respond when thing go awry and Batteries Plus corporate fails miserably. It’s too bad that competent store owner like Greg on Nolensville pike has to deal with an incompetent franchisor and suffer from it

He even took the time to remove all of the belly button lint from my charging port that had compacted in there and kept me from charging the phone with a charge cord. Many thanks!
