Josh is fantastic! I was really in a pickle when my truck broke down in the parking lot after taking my daughter to dinner. He respected my security by coming to my place to get the key, gave me a fair quote for a worse case scenario, and even drove my truck to me when it was finished. After evaluating the problem and fixing my truck, he reduced the cost to a third of his original quote. I was so impressed I decided to overpay him! Josh was absolutely amazing!!! We were on a road trip with our 5th wheel. We blew an inner cooler tube when we're almost ran into on the freeway. Josh answered quickly and responded quickly. Josh was able to come to us and fix our truck on site. He was friendly, communicative and responded quickly on a Friday evening. He saved us days of waiting for a dealer to even look at it and a costly tow bill. I would recommend him to Anyone who needs a mobile mechanic. Fair prices. Amazing service. Josh was great. I was behind on my smog check and thanks to him I ended up passing. He’s fixed my car a few times now and every time he’s been straight up, no BS, and way more reasonable on price than any shop in Reno. He was pretty late to our original meeting time and location which I was gonna give 4 stars for, but he made up for it by getting the work done right in my apartment complex parking lot. Next time my car gives me trouble, I’m calling Josh first.
