I can't believe the terrible service I received. My AC wasn't blowing properly. They simply flushed for leaks and said oh it works fine. It does not work fine, I left in the same condition except $1300 poorer. I knew there was no leak but I trusted them. I was treated like a stupid female. I was told to make sure all the vents were open. And when I told them the service engine light came on they said oh that's normal. Thankfully a code indicated a battery problem. Spent $1300, a whole day off of work and an $8 toll only to be treated in a terrible manner. And still not have the car working properly. Can't recommend this place. I hope actual reviews are posted. Note, the waiting room has no AC and there's no restroom in there either. You do not have my permission to post my full name. It is abbreviated for privacy. Please respect this.

I wouldn't trust anyone but this shop to touch my vehicle. The service is white glove and the staff is a library of knowledge. But what really sold me was the loaner carrying over 200,000 miles and driving like it just came off the lot. Honest, direct and fair, I know I can trust the advice and direction given by The Bavarian Professionals. I can trust that under the workmanship of this shop my vehicle will see 200,000+ miles.

Marta was very professional with a mix of humor and kindness! Everything was on time with clear communication of what was being done (regular oil change, differential and transfer case oil changes) to the car as well as how much time it would take and the cost. Drop off and pick up was smooth and I was given a loaner car while they worked on my different oil changes. I would definitely recommend Bavarian Professionals.

I recently purchased a 1968 BMW 1600-2 and was a little wary in the beginning because I'm not exactly a "car guy" and I know these things cars can sometimes have more problems than initially expected. Nat and the whole Bavarian Professionals team were very friendly and helpful in setting me up with a pre-purchase inspection. The inspection was incredibly thorough and once Nat walked me through everything that they had done during the inspection I felt way more confident in my purchase. After I purchased the car I immediately brought it back to get some brake work done and it was done quickly and exceptionally. These guys are top notch and a class act, they really know their stuff when in come to BMWs both new and old. Highly recommend this shop and this team.

BavPro has been my go-to shop for maintaining my e46 ZHP for the past four years. I made a huge mistake taking my baby to another place first for a 100k-mile cooling system overhaul, and it cost me big time when the work needed to be redone six months later. With BavPro, everything has been smooth and reliable. Most recently, one of the xenon headlamps blew out, and after watching a few YouTube videos and realizing I really didn't want to mess something up by tinkering with it myself, I called them about a replacement. They told me to bring the car in right away and handled it while I waited (with free coffee, wifi, and a car wash included!). With a little advance planning, you can generally get a free loaner car too, which makes the whole experience of taking your car in so much easier. They're a great shop, not the cheapest, but rock solid. So glad to have them around.

As always Bavarian Pros came through for me. I had a few things going on with my Mini and they were able to get everything done in just a couple days. They are always super friendly and transparent. I have more work that will need to be done but they let me know what I needed to do immediately and what I could wait on so I could space things out financially. Very honest and welcoming people. They were able to schedule me in for an oil change with only a days notice. I was able to wait while it was being performed, it took less than an hour and they even topped off all the fluids, washed and vacuumed the car too. They let me know of all upcoming services that are needed as well. I will definitely be taking my vehicle to them in the future and would recommend them if you’ve never been.
