Great customer service and very helpful staff. Both Lance and Nick were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to a complex issue with my truck engine. They provided a cost friendly alternative that (3) other shops in the area did not recommend nor seemed to be informed on. Would highly recommend this place for a cost friendly shop with a family type environment. 5 Stars across the board. Will be bringing my other vehicles here as well as sending my friends and family.

We recently started using Bayside Auto Works. They are awesome. Extremely honest and very reasonably priced, with great, fast service. They have fixed our truck and mounted and balanced new tires for our Mazda, all for much less than we expected to pay. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I have brought my bmw here about 3 times in the past 2 years and have had wonderful service everytime. First time I was 8.5 months pregnant and my car needed work done that meant I had to leave it. Knowing this Lance the manager arranged for my car to be delivered to my house when it was finished as I had no ride there to get it (fantastic customer service). Another time I ordered high end wipers, one of the clips went missing and so the wiper wasn't able to be attached. They (Bayside) ordered another new set on their dime just to get the piece needed to attach to my car. This past week I had to have my AC fixed and then one of my exhaust pipes wasn't opening properly. Not only did they fit me in first thing in the am but they were willing to work with my husband to troubleshoot the issue. During this they found a hole in one of my lines, repaired it free of charge. These guys are the ONLY shop I will bring my car to here in Spring Hill. They are honest, reliable, and treat me and my family with respect. This is not a take 5 shop, they are going to take the time to try and figure out what issue your car has and will call with price options just so you know you're not getting "taken for." I read the below review for 1 star and I completely disagree with their review, especially about Lance who has been nothing short of awesome every time we need his help.

After a scam garage charged me thousands for parts they pretended to replace I had my car towed to Bayside. I had no previous dealings with Bayside but they sounded professional on the phone. They more than lived up to that. They fixed my car the day they told me they would and charged a reasonable rate. I had no fear I would break down when I left Bayside. I'm so grateful for them.

The best in Hernando county, been coming here for years and they are consistent in quality and experienced in knowledge of multiple platforms. Most recently I took a 99 Silverado with 9” lift here for some work. It had a lot of issues that come with a 257k mile truck. Bayside took great care and the truck has creature features again like power windows, ac, working doors etc. they also did some suspension work and mounted a set of 37s. Rides super smooth now!! Night and day difference in this truck. You guys did a fantastic job identifying the problems and coming up with cost effective solutions. Thank you for taking good care of my vehicles bayside!

Just want to give a huge shout-out to the team at Bayside! Our family has been driving from Land O Lakes, up to there shop, over the last 4 years and we don't trust our vehicles with anyone else! I cannot praise Bayside Autoworks enough for their exceptional service! I've been bringing my '93 C4 Corvette to them for the past 5 years, and they have been nothing short of amazing. Thanks to their expertise, dedication, and reasonable fees, my car is still running smoothly. Recently, I encountered a frustrating issue with my C4 where it would cut out while driving. Despite my attempts to fix it, I couldn't get to the root of the problem. Thankfully, I decided to take it to Gulfside, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They even went above and beyond by identifying and addressing another unrelated problem at no extra cost. Without the skilled mechanics at Bayside Autoworks, I doubt my old car would still be on the road. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch auto service. I am visiting the area from Up state NY, my splash shield came loose on my Prius, found this shop near where I am staying, they took me in the same day , secured my splash shield, and didn’t even change me, and refused to take any money, was very grateful for their kind and quick service. They didn’t complete the work because they “forgot” about the oil change and tire rotation. We leave the parking lot and the vehicle is smoking. They say they “forgot” again to let us about a major leak on the engine. We went in for the fuel pump, oil change, and tire rotation. Nothing was mentioned during the update. I told them they should’ve mentioned it ahead of time. They said “it’s not my fault, I forgot… we only focused on your initial concern.” Sir, you didn’t complete the work and now the vehicle is smoking. It was not smoking when I brought it in and I understand things happen, but to take zero accountability for forgetting to do half of the work and not mention a major problem is deceiving.

Our 2014 Toyota Sienna needed the axles replaced. The work was scheduled and completed promptly, even during the Holiday season. The work was good and the price fair. I liked that when some of the repair needed adjustment, they were very happy to have me bring in the van and they completed the necessary improvement at no additional charge.
