The worse , they start replacing parts that the truck didn’t need just to charge the insurance, the left my truck leaking oil and replaced my transmission and they forgot to install the oil stick back , and the bolts of the motor were loose

This was our first time using this dealership. We just moved to the area. The lady in service department is quite rude questioned what door we were coming in through with a rude tone.They need a sign identifying where the service department was. We had to drive around and ask in the parts department for the service.department. They need better signage and better customer service. I think next time I’ll just drive to the dealership we have always used. It is a little further but better customer service..

Went in today with the intent to leave with a new car. I was suppose to meet with Alex but he had his "partner" assist me. The interaction we had was lackluster. She barely said anything at all. No talking about the vehicle, reviewing reports, discussing my likes or dislikes, possible interests in other cars, etc. NOTHING. Our test drive was about 5 mins. Her demeanor made me feel like she was upset she had to assist me and didnt want to engage with me at all. She mentioned she'd sell cars even if she didnt get paid for it. Lol. Youd probably be able to watch cars but definitely not sell them if this is how you sell. I was never greeted and it seemed like the sales team rather hangout with each other vs work towards securing a sell. When folks show you they dont want your money, believe them and leave.

Though they, Barbara, called us and asked questions to clarify on multiple occasions, we had to get the phone number for the extended warranty company, which is just CPP. They had all the paperwork they needed, but we still had to call to give them more information. I have never had extended warranty for a car, and they made it seem like it was more inconvenient for them that we had it. Then they said that the warranty declined it because they said that we wanted them to fix the wheels, when we said no to the service advisor. We had to call and talk to 3 different people including the manager at the warranty company to update the claim and get just the tires done. This process took almost a week, just for tires. I am not returning. They were not very friendly and didn't seem to care if you were happy or not. Very impersonal place.

I purchased a new vehicle from Bayway Chevrolet about 3 months ago. Several weeks ago I got a call reminding me that my first service was coming up soon. Three days ago, I got a phone call letting me know it was time and they asked if they could schedule my complimentary oil change for me. I'm a business owner and this is a time saver! When I showed up (late for my appointment) the service department was slammed! I was nervous about getting the work done as I thought it was going to take all day... Nick Anguiano approached me, he got my info, he got my keys and told about an hour, to an hour and a half... I did not believe him. 30-45 minutes later, Nick was calling my name, my service was done, I signed a few documents and I was on my way. The facility had a nice quite place for me to sit and get some work done while I waited, and the service was exceptional. If you need exceptional, world class service, go see Nick Anguiano at Bayway Chevrolet Service Center. Thanks Nick for getting me in and out, for under promising and over delivering and an overall great experience.

Called service department today looking for information in regard to changing the transmission oil. Apparently they don’t do just a change anymore but that’s what the manual recommends. To make matters suspect, the verbal cost is $899.99 and it has to be a weekday, they don’t perform on weekends. Weird I called two other dealerships, they do perform the flush as Bayway stated but at $399.99 and can be performed on a weekend, takes about 2-3 hours. Highly disappointed in Bayway, either greed has set in or they don’t believe their loyal customers won’t get several prices. Time to bounce, people check various places before committing.

Phenomenal experience to say the least, after a week of running around to other dealers and not getting anywhere Mack reached out to me and told me that he would help me and he did just that. No hesitation no stumbling around words no gimmicks or tricks he got it done I walked out with a 2019 vehicle low mileage under my name. His customer service was excellent treated me as a person made me feel valued from the moment I walked through the door till the moment I drove off the lot. He was patient when doing all in his power to get me out the door in a new vehicle same day so I truly recommend him hands down wish I could give a 6 star rating for this experience.

My 2016 Chevy Equinox was throwing up a Stabilitrak error. Brought it in, paid $900 to replace some valves, didn't fix the problem. Then the tech says its a bad battery and they want $400 to replace. I put a new battery in myself (still have stabilitrak warning) and took it back up to Bayway. They then wanted another $900 to replace another component to see if it fixed the problem. No thanks. Took it to Ron Carter Alvin and they replaced a completely different part then Bayway was going to try the second time. Ron Carter fixed the problem. Barbra was helpful so no complaints there but the techs at Bayway do not know what they are doing.

I was the first one in line i was told it would about two hours the service guys get in at eight. I was there at seven when the technician showed up early and agreed to do my oil change. I was out of there in 45 minutes, I appreciate the professionalism and great service .
