Awesome people and great professional work. Joe Orr has been there for a long time and I’ve worked with him before approximately 20 years with various vehicles in my family. He knows his business well and he does an excellent job to treat his customers like family. I received a new OEM fender and I hired Red Bazzell and son to do the work. All I needed was to have my fender painted and matched. I was a paying customer. I didn’t want to get the insurance involved and was willing to pay whatever I had to pay to get the job done. I awaited three weeks and finally I received a message saying “the fender is damaged. You will have to pick this one up and get a new one.” I asked what was wrong with it. The response I got was “the fender is rolled and damaged to the front.” After three weeks of patiently waiting for them to call me to bring in my truck, I learned that my fender was casted aside for that amount of time to then tell me it was damaged. I called my insurance and funny thing is red Bazzell is who they wanted me to go to until expressed my concern for the work to be done properly and with care and I also provided photos of my part. The insurance has me going to Another shop in Auburn because my Money will not be spent at Chico’s, Bazzell, and or Joe Hudson.

I looked for weeks for a shop that had time to do my repairs without a lengthy wait. Most shops were a month out! Passed by Bazzell and decided to stop. I took my car in on a Monday. Not only did they do an excellent job, but it was also ready for pick-up on Friday! This is now my preferred shop. When you go ask for Casey and tell him Sondra sent you.
