I should have written this sooner but about 2 years ago Firestone damaged my car and recommended this shop. Probably the best experience I have had with a body shop. Took care of me and my car in a timely manner. Even went above and beyond and repaired a dent I had in my driver's side door. Highly recommended them.

I looked for weeks for a shop that had time to do my repairs without a lengthy wait. Most shops were a month out! Passed by Bazzell and decided to stop. I took my car in on a Monday. Not only did they do an excellent job, but it was also ready for pick-up on Friday! This is now my preferred shop. When you go ask for Casey and tell him Sondra sent you.

I received a new OEM fender and I hired Red Bazzell and son to do the work. All I needed was to have my fender painted and matched. I was a paying customer. I didn’t want to get the insurance involved and was willing to pay whatever I had to pay to get the job done. I awaited three weeks and finally I received a message saying “the fender is damaged. You will have to pick this one up and get a new one.” I asked what was wrong with it. The response I got was “the fender is rolled and damaged to the front.” After three weeks of patiently waiting for them to call me to bring in my truck, I learned that my fender was casted aside for that amount of time to then tell me it was damaged. I called my insurance and funny thing is red Bazzell is who they wanted me to go to until expressed my concern for the work to be done properly and with care and I also provided photos of my part. The insurance has me going to Another shop in Auburn because my Money will not be spent at Chico’s, Bazzell, and or Joe Hudson.

The best place in town if you need auto body work done. Professional, considerate, and great communicators. Their work is so thorough that you can't tell the car was ever damaged. Do take your vehicle in and get a quote. I bet it will compare favorably with what other shops charge, and you can depend on everything being done right.

It been 2 months pass, after my car accident... It seem like I wasn't getting anywhere with the person at fault insurance co...I went to Red Bazzell auto body and paint shop for an estimate...There, I met Mr.Casey we talk about my car situation and right then, Casey took down the case number of my case...it was no time before he call me with an appointment date for me to bring my car to them....A burden was lifted from me, after 2 months of me trying nothing. ..overall, their work was excellent, Great work, quality work, and great people....Matching and blending the paint...I am very satisfied with my car, after getting it back from Red Bazzell paint and body shops...Thank you Casey....
