I purchased a coupon for this establishment for what I thought looked like a great deal! Tire balance and rotation with an alignment for only 98$ I requested an appointment online twice and never was followed up with so after three days I called and scheduled my appointment, then I show up for my 2pm appointment and I still wait another 38minutes until they pull my car into the shop. So they pull my car into the shop at 2:38 and then pulled it OUT of the shop at 2:45 and tell me they can’t rotate my tires or perform any of the services I purchased because I have a bad ball joint. The ball joint has NOTHING to do with a tire rotate, it shouldn’t have affected them rotating my tires AT ALL. So I got no rotation, no alignment, no nothing. Also I took my car to another mechanic nearby and they told me there’s absolutely NOTHING wrong with my ball joint. This place is sleazy. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They’re TOTAL scammers. It’s one thing to upsell it’s a whole other to outright scam people. Terrible.

An honest mechanic. Highly recommend.
I recently purchased a used vehicle and wanted a mechanic to look it over. It was also due for 100,000 mile maintenance service.
Also I was planning a 3,000 mile roadtrip with towing a trailer and wanted to make sure the vehicle was running properly.
Be Smart Auto came highly recommended from our neighbors who had transmission work done there and were extremely happy with the service.
I was able to schedule my appointment weeks in advance and provide them with a list of things I wanted inspected and if needed replaced and/or fixed.
The team went through my vehicle and Kari (front desk) was in contact with me every step of the way.
The mechanics did not try and fabricate things for me to fix and almost everything checked out and didn’t need work. What did work was quickly fixed, fixed correctly and for a competitive price.
It’s very rare to get this level of honest automotive service and the customer service was world class.
I will definitely be back for all my future vehicle service needs and have strongly recommended to all of my family and friends.
Thank you Be Smart for your excellent service and you just picked up a customer for life.

Front desk receptionist was very nice I will give them that, however I took my van in to get an AC recharge and instead of doing the right thing and stopping production when the numbers weren’t going down (due to my compressor not taking the charge) they went ahead and still charged me (200) for labor instead of letting me know that the compressor was broke and wasn’t taking the charge. I get it, the workers need to get paid but not full price. That’s dealership prices. Not worth it and lesson learned.
