Honest work is hard to come by these days it seems , but not here . They gave me a quote on some work did said work and checked out exactly what I wanted . Gave me a list of things wrong and I will talk to them at a later date about the other work. I was in a hurry. Drove me home , picked me up .....straight legit. I highly recommend Bear Auto Repair, if any thing changes I will update for sure .

They deserve to be out of business! By far the worse customer service i have ever dealt with. can't say they are good price because they will not give me a price on the part i had to order. I have been out of a vehicle for 9 days for supposedly 2 hours of labor. I took my car Sunday night so they could look at it Monday. I called them on Monday about my car. they told me they have not looked at it yet they were very busy. understanding how this could go I called them back on Tuesday went to voicemail left a message for them to call me about an update on my car. they never called me back. Wednesday I called back about an update went to voice mail 3 times. finally after getting through to someone at 5:00 pm when they closed i talked to them. they told me they had it pulled into the shop and were going to check it out in the morning. i called all day on Thursday couldn't get through to anyone and left several voicemail's to call me back. They did not. I called on Friday finally spoke to someone and they told me that the part i needed they had to order and one of the other people were supposed to call me on Thursday to get it on order. Got the part on order on Friday they have not told me how much the part is like i requested but what the cost with labor is. They received it on Monday "Fixed my car" told me it is running good i asked about the other problem i was having they blew me off and said that because it was closing time he could not answer that but he would be able to call me back after finishing the paperwork for the day. never called me back again. Now it is Tuesday and i have no clue on if my car is even able to drive if its being worked on or what. Excellent service, only fixed what was needed and when they found another issue, they said they should have caught only had to pay for the parts not the extra man hours. Great Honest people.... They are super busy maybe not the fastest turn around time, but honest upfront people and a lot cheaper than the 4 other quotes I had my cars head gasket issue

Bear's Auto Repair is not fancy or high tech. It's just a very good auto garage. My family has been getting our cars serviced by Ken and Donna Bear (owners) for nearly 15 years. They are honest, sincere, and knowledgeable. I even send some of my students from UT there to get their cars serviced because I know that I can trust Ken. Their pricing is below that of dealers and right in line with other private garages. Because they are so busy, you have to be the one who keeps on top of the communication and make the calls to find out the status of your vehicle. Bottom line... Good people, good mechanics, fair pricing.

Friendly staff, quality work. Had my anti-lock brakes serviced due to grinding while stopping. It was very nice of the owner to offer a ride back to my house, down the road; while my vehicle was being repaired. He even picked me back up when my vehicle was done. Thanks guys, gotta tell ya - before my brake issues started; my brakes would shake hard when stoping abruptly and at high speeds. Since the work you did, no more shake! Smooth as glass awesome job!!

One star. Took them my car. Did 20 mins worth a work and charged me a hour. And my car was worse after leaving. Told me they was gonna order parts and schedule for me to come back that was a month ago. I called and the owner who worked on the car forgot about the part he was supposed to order and to reschedule

These people went above and beyond for me to make sure that my car was safe for my family!! They also want as far as to help me out, I could only afford 3/4 of the bill at the present time of completion of the work. So they were nice enough to make my car safe for me and my family and I have one more small payment to make next week and the bill will be paid in full as I promised them. I will definitely continue to do business with this family owned business for many years to come since they’ve been around since 1990 also I’d like to add that my brother-in-law was a mechanic there and was very happy with the employer. This professional family owned business is our go to for all our vehicles. I have a very nice Ford Mustang and I will only take it to this place as they give me a very fair deal every time and are very honest with what is wrong with my car. There are two very friendly ladies who are in the front to greet you and set you up with a time and quote . The owner is a standup guy who I can’t recommend enough. He is very fair, and will truly beat other prices.

Dont go here. Paid a ton of money to get both my vehicles worked on. Im still having the same issues after going through this all summer. Heard great things about these guys, but my experience has been a nightmare. Wont go back. Also, might be contacting the bbb as well. Complete BS. Oh! And i went through that too where i heard nothing for weeks.
