My 2009 Toyota sienna was marking a rubbing noise from rear passenger side. I took it to Frank at beavercreeck auto care. He took care of my problem in 5 minutes. His shop was full but he made time to check my vehicle and did not charge even a penny. I really like him and his team for excellent customer service-thank you Frank and his team.

Recently had my car towed there to get my car fix and after a few days the car was supposedly ready. Took his advice and did not negotiate price (paid over $1500) because all I wanted was a car that was fixed and I can rely on. After take the car I noticed that bumper that was replaced was in bad condition and charged me the price of a new one. The brakes were all also replaced but as I was driving home my brakes stopped working while I’m driving 70 on the highway. That was a very terrifying experience and if the situation was a different I could have caused a car accident that could have been fatal to me or other drivers on the road. Called and I was told to drive it back 1 hr in the same condition. Took it to a local shop and payed another mechanic to look at it. Overall very bad experience and I dont want other to go through what I went through. Please Beware 🙏

What a great experience! I took my Subaru Outback in for a check engine light inspection, and the mechanic (I believe his name was Frank) was really helpful even though he was the only one there. He was willing to go for a ride to listen to what the engine sounded like, checked the code for the engine light, put my car up to take a look underneath, and checked my fluids. It turned out to be something simple, and after giving me good advice, he wouldn't take any money for his time. I will definitely be going back here in the future.

I needed a battery changed out in my truck. I couldn't get my truck completely in the garage, and it was too cold to change outside. Thank you, Winter Storm Elliott, for the frigid Temps. Anyway, I talked to Frank, and he said he would do for free. I assumed he would pull the truck into a bay out of the weather. Nope, he did it outside. What an awesome person! Amazing customer service! I called, Frank picked up. I explained the problem and that my car was smoking and I wasn’t sure if I can drive anywhere. He offered to came over to inspect it so I don’t cause more damage while driving to the shop. At no charge. Frank took his time and with no promises from me and came to check it out. This was outstanding. Fixed my car within one day and it runs great. Very reasonably priced as well. Hope not to be back with more car problems, but if it happens, I will definitely go back to Beavercreek Auto Care.

My car was breaking down an hour away from home, and 3 other places I stopped at out couldn't help me. After explaining the whole ordeal, they took a few minutes to see what they could do to help me since their workload was full already. They ended up getting me back on the road after diagnosing the actual problem and at a very fair and low cost. Cars would be much less stressful if all mechanics were as flexible and caring.

Been taking my cars here for 5 years now with no problem. In the last 5 years have probably gone here 4 times with two cars I own. Would recommend this place. Cars have been fixed the first time in a short amount of time for a fair price. After getting fixed never had issues with my car. Once I was going to repair my car on my own but after buying the parts knew it was out of my league. Told him I bought the parts and if he would put them on so I didn’t have to take them back. He said yes.

Took my car to diagnose a vibration at high speed. He had the car for about 6 hours. Then he said 3 out of 4 front control arms need to be replaced. He quoted me $1100 to replace all 3. are you serious!? I ended up taking it somewhere else to fix it for half of that price and to find out that ball joints, tie rods were bad too! Not only he misdiagnosed it and couldn't find the root cause, he also charged me $138 for misdiagnosing! Not recommending this place at all...

I was traveling and en route home from several states away, when I got an engine light. Got off the expressway and found an O'Reilly auto parts store to pull the code. Bought the parts indicated and asked for a recommendation on a local auto repair shop and Beavercreek Auto Care was at the top of their list. I limped in there with my car and owner Frank Hill was able to help me as a walk in from out of town, and get me back on the road. So appreciative. They have a sign on the wall which says something like: May all who enter as a guest, leave as a friend. Indeed. Highly recommend.
