This was my favorite location but my last visit was a little different and my oil light wasn’t on when I brought it in and now it’s on the inconvenience of having to come back during the holiday is the pits and the stress of feeling like there won’t be any honesty behind this mistake; they corrected the problem I pray that be ok for more than a day but as of now they resolved the issue I have confidence with them again ❤️

Absolutely a rip off. Took my car in for an inspection. They told me to junk it. They said it needed a bunch of parts including 3 ball joints @$400.00 each. I took it to a non rip off shop and I needed one ball joint @ $141.00 an an alignment @$100.00. Car drives like new now. I WANT MY $50.00 INSPECTION FEE BACK.

I got transferred over to this location for same-day tires and service and was so pleasantly surprised with the customer service. Kevin took care of me on the phone and in person and was a delight to work with. He got me in and out in less than two hours, explained alignment to me and got me a discount on it, and made sure my tires were all appropriately filled and equal before I left. The other reps were also great in interactions with customers both in person and on the phone as I was waiting. They met people with curiosity and questions to best help them get what they needed. Thank you for making me feel valued, cared for, and empowered in my decisions.
