We were told that we would be contacted in 20 minutes with an offer. That was a lie. I called the next day and was told that I would be contacted within a day... It is now past that timeline (day 3) and I have had no other contact with them

This place is a SCAM and I hope no one falls for it. I spent two weeks trying to get my vehicle picked up by them and everytime they were "supposed" to come they would either cancel, be running late, or never show. Every time I talked to someone it was a different area code and never did I speak to the same person twice. Also They kept trying to convince me to have them pick up my vehicle when I wasn't home. They wanted me to leave the keys and title of my car signed over to them in my glove box and they would mail me a check. What a joke.

Extreme low ballers.. insultingly low offers on decent vehicles. My car has brand new engine. Tried to quote me down from 650 to $400 “because theyd have to remove stickers” on top of that my car was worth $2,000 at very very least. Even an offer of $700 would have been less insulting- not willing to help you/ or treat you fairly with their offers.

These guys seemed relatively friendly. They don't buy the cars for themselves, nor do they have a place for our car. They appear to be brokers trying to find a buyer in their network for your car, making money on the spread. It didn't work out for me, but maybe it will for you.

Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is due to the driver not being within the window of time to pick up my vehicle. Driver was well spoken, groomed, curtious. This company did exactly what I asked of them and paid me $5 more than the previous quote I was given. Btw the gal whom I spoke with over the phone could not be any kinder. Thank you

Would do business with them again in a heart beat. If you'd like to sell a car these are the people to sell to. I had issues with a transfer of paperwork with three different licensing places over a silly complication that once I explained it to the lady who I talked to it was no longer a complication but yet a deal done... They were super helpful in selling my car and they were straight to the point. They stayed communicating with me throughout the entire process and reassured me in being there to answer any questions/concerns. They were able to pick up the car the next day after calling, especially before the holidays, and they even came early in the time frame that was given. The person who picked up the car was very friendly and efficient. He even went above and beyond in making sure I took pictures of all the documents to keep for my file and helped me take the license plate off when I didn't have the correct tool.
