They literally left me stranded on the side of the road and I was less then 5 miles from their shop. Told them I had a flat but I also had a spare with me. Just needed them swapped out. The guy told me he wouldn’t put a used tire on, afraid it would blow up on him. I offered to put the air to it if he would just swap the tires for me. Wouldn’t do that either. I don’t know why they even answer the phone if they won’t come out and do the work. Useless

Ben is just a life saver. He did the impossible, no other company like, AAA, progressive and other insurance companies were able to come out on Sunday, near the busy I95 in Jacksonville FL and replace our blown front left tire on our 40ft motor home. He was just our angel guardian. I wish half of the other people and companies in his service had the professionalism, the honesty and integrity like Ben. Ben I solute you my new best friend. Agreed to change 2 semi tires on the phone came out and only changed one. Claimed to be incapable on removing rim. Still wanted me to pay him wether he changed any tire or not. Then gave me a very hard time about paying with a card. Very uncourteous experience. Another technician came out and removed the rim he claimed to be impossible to move.

We called at like 9 pm with not only a busted tire, but a spare tire that slid off the rim. We had already been waiting for over an hour on a tow truck and a lyft (that never ended up coming) when we called to see if on the off chance he had a tire that would fit our rim. He showed up in like an hour and had the new tire on, put the spare back on the rim, and took our busted tire for disposal. I will call him again if I find myself in a predicament!

Called Ben Stone’s service when recommended by my tire warranty insurer…Due to Sunday night and Holiday weekend (New Year’s) he could not find me a tire..”if I had one, I’d be right out” …Came early Monday a.m. and put a new Michelin (same tire) on the coach…pleasant, informative…did his best to get to me…I’m very pleased (though I hope I’ll never need him again). …Strongly RECOMMEND. !!
