I recently went in for an oil change and was very happy with the service I received here. Normally I go to the other location on Greenwood, but their pump was down so they kindly suggested I go to this location. The guys here were very thorough and offered simple explanations for recommended services but didn’t push anything beyond that. I appreciate the 10% ladies discount on Tuesdays and the option to stay in the car while they service your vehicle. No complaints here!

First off I apologize I do not remember the exact names of the three gentleman that were there today. I believe his name was RJ who I started with and handled most of the services. But everyone at that location (Butler Market) are very professional and kind. The main focus when starting services with a company you don’t know is trust and vibe. Instantly I felt both from the moment I got there. I am a new customer as of today as I took my new Nissan Rogue in for a quick fluid and oil change check etc. I do this with all new cars I have. They did a great job, they are honest , they provided me with detail of what was being done and got me in and out in no time. I will definitely be back and I will also spread the word. Thanks guys !! Went in for an oil change and had an issue with my car after. Haven, the manager, responded so quickly. He communicated efficiently, was apologetic and went above and beyond to make things right for me. Young kid tried to scam me and say that my drain plug was stripped even went as far to pretend to take a photo of it and showed me a stripped drain plug on his phone. He said it would be an extra $50 for a special tool to get the stripped drain plug out. I went to another place and had them look at it and they confirmed it was a scam my drain plug is fine.

Went for an oil change and it took 75 minutes! The employees were friendly but they left me sitting in my car with no explanation as to why it was taking so long. Turns out they didn't have the oil filter size for my Subaru (this is in Bend, Subaru capitol of Oregon). They offered me a discount, but if I accepted the discount they would not accept the coupon I brought in, which they had already taken from me. When I left they didn't replace my windshield sticker, so I had to go back to get one. I spoke to the manager and told him I had another vehicle that needed an oil change and, given the poor experience I just had, would he be willing to cut me a break on that vehicle and keep my business. He told me to look for coupons on the website. So, now I take my vehicles to Valvoline down the road.

I've been taking my car here for basic oil changes for a while and they were always quick. My mechanic at a different shop recommended a battery change so I headed here to get a price quote. The battery for my 1999 Honda crv was $202 and the install fee was an extra $25. I gave it the go ahead since I was already there. The technicians switched out out in about 20-30 minutes and I was off on the road again. The next day I was having some trouble with the car starting due to the battery so I called and asked if they offered a service to come out and jump it. They technically don't offer that service but the manager hopped in his personal vehicle and drove out to where I was stuck. He diagnosed the terminal as the issue. He got the car running and followed me into the shop. They replaced the terminal in about 10 minutes with an upgraded model for no charge. I'm very thankful for their staff and the two managers that coordinated coming to rescue me.

Im updating my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because I got my oil changed here again, and man, the staff here are just really good at their job. Excellent service and they went beyond what I expected, from adding air to my tires, to checking my brake pads, and even cleaning all the bug splatter off my windshield. I stand by my original review of the carwash, because it doesnt clean your car at all. --- Car wash is a big waste of money. I paid $12 and my car is just as dirty as before.
