I just purchased an old P/U TRUCK and had the oil changed at Benny's in Denham Springs. After 3 weeks I noticed the oil light came on. I went straight to Benny's and they checked the plug and filter and found no oil leaks there. Then they topped off my oil and gave me an idea where the oil is leaking. They were very helpful. No issues with the oil change, but I was unpsold nearly a dozen additional things and received multiple emails and texts for reviews after. I like Benny's and will continue to patron there, but I would prefer only the services I've asked for. I can handel up to 3 add-ons pitched, emailed, or texted, but the extras are really ruining the experiance.

Brought in my brand new car with ~6k miles on it to get an oil change. They pushed very hard to try to upsell me into transmission and coolant fluid flush and my car was brand new. Highly unprofessional for the âskilledâ mechanics to be ignorant of the universal maintenance recommendations for vehicles. I appreciate them checking my coolant levels, but taking a coolant sample out of my car and pouring it on the ground and then proceed to tell me that I need to change it at 60k miles whenever they knew my car only had 6k miles on it is insane to me. Very sneaky to me.

Went for my oil change, and as always great service. I got there very close to closing time, but they did not turn me away. They talk to you about all services they offer and let you know which are the ones that your vehicle needs, so that is a plus. All employees are very friendly and welcoming. I love it at Bennyâs!

There were a lot of ppl in line in front of me and a lot came after for an oil change. The employees did an amazing job of keeping everyone in order. They greeted every car and got them ready to pull in quickly. The line was long but the wait was not. Everyone was super friendly as well.

Joshua at the Denham Springs location was amazing! During my oil change, he was able to change my cabin air filter. This was no small task as my 2017 Ford Fiesta has an oddly designed cabin filter located in the center console behind several awkwardly placed screws. Even my mechanic at Chabills was not able to get to this filter! But Joshua was very persistent and was able to change that filter for the first time since I've owned the car. Excellent service like this will keep me coming back to Benny's for future services.

Oil Change on Hwy 16 next to the car wash. I usually change the oil myself for my 2017 4Runner. However, this holiday season I had a lot going on. I had taken my mother-in-laws car here and the service was great, so I decided to give it a try. They gave me the same great service as before and was happy I let them handle it. The next day was Monday and back to work. Around 5pm I checked under my car and noticed some oil where there shouldn't have been. I let the car run for a little bit and notice a small leak from the oil filter, it takes a cartridge filter with a couple o-rings. I knew from the past those were tricky and it might have gotten twisted up or something. I drove back over from Walker and luckily Joshua the manager was in his car about to leave. I told him about the leak and he opened up the shop and pulled me in. He noticed that the filter was pretty loose when he went to take it off. He went ahead and replaced the filter incase there was a defect and cleaned all the oil up really good. We let the car run for a couple minutes to make sure there were no more leaks. I had mentioned there was some oil under my carport and he gave me some degreaser to use when I got home to clean it up. Joshua went above and beyond to help me out, even after hours. He fixed the problem himself and was very pleasant doing so. He is everything a manager should be.

I wonât go anywhere but Bennys on Hwy 16 to get my oil changed! They are the absolute best! Last time I had Joshua and Aiden or Ziaden was his name! He was newer but did an amazing job as did Joshua. Really great guys. I am a single women and I can go there and trust that they are gonna get me right and not try to get me to buy all kind of stuff I donât need. They are honest and I trust my car with them! Also I love Tyler! All amazing young men there. Who ever is hiring these guys is doing a great job! Thank yâall for yâallâs services!

The car wash is ok. Great staff, great access to cleaning accessories. The best part is their oil change department. Friendly staff and great techs who do not pressure you into think you dont need or may nit be able to afford at the time! Dena was great all around at customer service to checking and topping off fluids. Patrick was awesome! Explained everything as he did it. Offered multiple extras that will help the longestivity of my truck. (Trust me trucks are expensive id like to keep it going lol!) 100% would recommend X10. For the first time I didn't feel like my money was robbed my trash service. I will continue to bring all my fluid maintances here!

From the time I pulled into the bay, until my oil change was completed, it was an exceptional experience!! Every one was professional, respectful and friendly. I was asked if I wanted a water, I was spoken to about the things they were doing and why they were doing it. They asked me if I wanted to add certain things to my visit, but never made me feel bad about my choice. The building inside and out was very clean and organized. I highly recommend Bennys for your oil change (and other) needs!
