This place is such a unprofessional experence had power steering pump replaced. First they didnt tighten all the screws and bolts in had to take bk to get a bult that was more than half way out . plus found a socket by my upper windshield they dont test drive the car when done to make sure it runs good. Parts are not guarantee more than a year but if u get parts from anywhere they have life time .. The paper work looks like a 8th grader

Don't judge this book by its cover (or location). This is a legitimate German/Foreign Auto repair shop. I found this place by chance, while running an errand in the area. My wife's Mercedes C250 had just fallen out of it's service warranty with the MB dealer, so I was looking for a place to have it serviced that was reasonably priced, high quality, and HONEST! I found it at Benz & Beemer. Seems like a family owned shop, busy, but not too busy to give personalized attention. They performed a Mercedes service B on my wife's car for about half of what the dealer charges. While I was there, had a chance to speak to the owner (I think), he was knowledgable, friendly, and willing to give me some German car buying advice.

Benz and beemer always come through they are very reliable and respectful... they try to get the best deals on the parts you need and affordable... if you need a part they will call everywhere to try to locate it... took my s500 here a few times and had complaints, would definitely recommend people to benz and beemer 💯 no complaints at all with service and they are trustworthy and professional, and they won't burn you for your money. I recommend them to anyone and I will continue to use their services when needed.

Never judge a book by its cover! This place is awesome. Very nice and personable. My fear was going in for brake pads but ending up getting scammed into getting rotors (knowing I didn't need them). The reviews are right. They Didn't try to scam me into getting any extra repairs. The price they quoted was the price I paid. I'm very satisfied with the results. Their prices are amazing!!

5-Star Service for My BMW X6 I wasn’t sure who I could trust with my BMW X6, but after reading reviews, I decided to give B&B a chance—and I’m glad I did! Aaron was very responsive and provided a quote quickly. The entire process was handled professionally and securely over the phone. I dropped off my car at 8 am, and by 11 am, it was ready to go. I had my brakes, rotors, and sensor replaced, all at a very reasonable price. While their price was comparable to other shops, the fact that B&B had zero negative reviews convinced me to give them a try. I’m happy with the service and will definitely return in the future.

Beware of this place! I came in for a check engine light and they charged me 170$ for a diagnostic. After receiving the diagnostic, Angel highly recommend I get all these problems fixed which was a total of 4400$ or else it wouldn't pass smog. I was so shocked upon receiving the bill. So I took my car to a honest mechanic and a better shop. They told me it was only one issue for the check engine light. They got it fixed and i passed smog and paid 650$ total for parts and labor. This place is a scam and money hungry. If you guys want to know where I personally took my mercedes to get fixed let me know in my email.

I came in knowing there were issues with our car and was hesitant because I know repairs on a Mercedes can be costly. They were able to diagnose and repair the car by the next day. Their process is transparent. They included pictures of the items needing repair and detailed report. I then had the option of accepting or denying what I wanted done. Overall the customer service, repairs and pricing were all great! Will come back for all future repairs.
