No stars-. I feel I was ripped off. He shows up two hours late, after dark, several small children in his car, and spends ten minutes with an HOM meter and tells me he can come back tomorrow and replace my 3 day old alternater for an ungodly price. And he charged me $80.00 for the ten minutes. I think I just bought dinner for his family and got nothing done to my car. Very unprofessional to say the best about his so called repair call. To sum it up I feel like I was "RAPPED " !!!!!!
