Worst mechanic in NWA. Would not recommend to anyone. Rude and over charges. Also mis diagnosed my vehicle. Wanted to start car with no oil in it. Just because it was in his way. 150.00 to tow 15 miles. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

This is a good place to get your car fixed. Juan who is the owner is a pretty honest guy. They do a pretty good job at a pretty good price. They do stay pretty busy though so sometimes it's hard to get in but overall a pretty good place

These guys charged me more than they originally quoted me. They claimed my car just needed a tune up, they took 3 weeks to “fix the problem” then my engine was running and worse than when I gave it to them in the first place. I’m talking significantly worse! The engine never knocked and misfired before I brought it. What kind of mechanic give a car back that shakes violently and misfires claiming that they “fixed the problem”

We were expecting more after a neighbor promoted them. We were never called that our vehicle was ready and when we did pick it up it had never been test drove this after it’s used transmission that we were told was to be rebuilt was installed. We also got it back with a broken tie rod which they were going to repair then the next day we were told they could not do the work. After 4 weeks we defiantly had consumer regrets. High priced for what we got.

I had my transmission replaced here with a used one they found 7 or 8 years ago and I've never had a problem with it so I called them to see how long before they could replace my front wheel bearing and they got me in the next morning. I was so relieved and grateful they could do the work so soon when 3 other shops said they couldn't for a month or more. Their prices can't be beat anywhere and neither can their quick service or quality work they do.

Dont usually do this but theres one word to describe this place and thats terrible. I paid for my own parts had it shipped there then got charged for the parts. Dosent stop there they repaird my car then when I get it back its squeaking terribly. Spent over 400 dollars of my own money fixing then when I went to ask them to fix it they said itll be 80 dollars to inspect. Terrible place wouldnt recommend unless your a fan of con artist.

Repaired nothing that I asked for to this day I’m not sure what they even worked on, took forever to get the work done, would constantly call to ask how much longer and I’d get no response. Got charged more than additionally should’ve been. Avoid this place at all cost not worth it at all especially considering how there’s many repair shops here in NWA. This place sucks it’s terrible.
