do NOT use these guys. went in for a ball joint issue. had a slow oil leak at the time that they told us about (we already knew about it). we chose not to get it fixed + had no issues when doing our own oil changes. they did the oil change and clearly something else bc we got the truck back and within an hour, the oil was completely leaked out. we tried to appeal the remainder of our bill (had paid $550 and owed about $420 more) with patrick since they clearly had exacerbated the issue and he never got back to us. i called today and spoke to charles who at first said patrick was handling the situation and then gaslit me saying the problem was they had told us about the leak and we hadn’t let them fix it so they would not be dropping the bill. i tried to explain that the leak had been a slow leak when we left our car with them and we got it back significantly worse (we ended up spending another $1000 elsewhere to fix the oil leak). he cut me off and said he’d see me in court. slime bags to the nth degree and not to be trusted with your car.
