I had a Great Experience! A fellow named John assisted me when the Hose in the Prep Area wouldn’t work for me, he got it working and helped make my visit easier. Very Friendly and Personable Staff Member. Advised on the New Air Fresheners, which smell nice and helped refresh the interior smell of My Vehicle. Came here a few months ago to detail my grandmother‘s car. When I got into the backseat, I found maggots. I was instantly distraught and disgusted. I found a worker, Rudy, and asked for some gloves. He very kindly gave me a handful and asked if I needed anything else. A few minutes later, he comes back with bug spray that he had found in the office. I didn’t ask, he just looked, and I really appreciated that. He is an incredible worker and he deserves a raise. I’ve always been a hater of these types of car washes, but Rudy single handedly changed my mind. Thank you again!

I used to be a member of big dan's car wash got 2 gift cards for 2 free washes with no expiration date on them was going to use the last one before I took my stepdad. That can't walk and put him in our car with my mom to church. Thought this would be a good time to use it. Since I'm going to go on a cruise tomorrow. I was told by their manager that corporate Told them not to let these be valid. And they have expired, even though it is not displayed on the card which is illegal. So I will never use this company ever again. Which tells their employees to do things illegal. Very shady company.

Thanks joy your a amazing sales woman came today just for a single 13 dollar wash me joy talk for at least 3 minutes on how often she sees me and how I’m just throwing money away by spend on 13 ones a week on wash she broke the math down for me and I signed up for The Big DANS autographic at a reasonable price of 34.99 for my first 12 months thanks joy and keep the positive energy we love a happy smile face when we come .

This car wash is SO bad. I have no idea why people like it. Left my car visibly dirty, and the white truck next to my car was visibly dirty, too. My first thought was why aren’t all these people asking for their money back? Also the vacuums were bad and the detailer air gun didn’t work. I usually go to Mister Carwash on Gulf to Bay for their titanium wash. It’s $25, but the crazy shine lasts for the entire month and their vacuums are so strong. My husband convinced me to go here for my birthday, and I was so pissed! We went straight to Mister carwash afterward so my car can be clean again.

Absolutely amazing service. The customer service worker name SUNSHINE was so sweet and nice to me. She made sure I had an air freshener and all. My card would not work and the machine was freezing up. She pulled out her own debit card and paid for my wash. I definitely owe her!! Thank you soooo much. My car is shining like you SUNSHINE

Sunshine and Danial were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me during my first visit on December 28. While I was cleaning my car, I accidentally locked myself out with both my car key and phone stuck inside. Total rookie mistake! I went to ask for help, and Danial kindly lent me his phone so I could call a locksmith. Just then, Sunshine walked over and asked, “Have you tried opening every door?” Sunshine gave it a try, and miraculously, one of the doors opened! I was so relieved. Sunshine smiled and said, “I just saved you a hundred dollars.” It was such a wholesome moment and left a fantastic first impression. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I've had mixed results at all of the local car washes. Decided to stop in at Big Dan's today. I met a young woman named Sunshine. What an amazing spokesman for Big Dan's car Wash! She answered all my questions about the products used and I signed up for the monthly. As I was finishing up with the vacuums and doing some cleaning inside my van, Sunshine came over to see if I was happy with the car wash and everything else. Easy dispenser for window cleaning and a separate one for general cleaning inside the car with abundant rags available. Free air freshener to hang from the mirror, and it doesn't stink but really does help freshen the car. So far I'm a big fan of big Dan's!

Got to the car wash about 20 minutes before close. I was almost out of the wash when they shut it down. I honked the horn a few times and they did nothing. I was worried my tires were locked in and didn't just want to drive out but I was forced to take a chance. Thankfully nothing went wrong. Then, they turned off all the air blowers in the vacuum area and it was very dark like they turned the lights off. Very disappointing

The whole process is quick and easy — from the moment you pull in, everything is clean, organized, and runs smoothly. The wash itself does a fantastic job every time; my car comes out spotless and shiny, even the wheels and mirrors look great. The vacuums are powerful, and the area is always kept tidy, which makes it easy to finish up without rushing. You can tell they care about their customers and the service they provide. It was a very nice experience. The employees were very friendly and courteous and gave great customer service. The car wash experience itself was phenomenal and my car shone when we came out from the conveyor belt area. The vacuum and mat cleaning area was well stocked and very easy to use. I especially liked the fact that when we were all done, the young lady working there even offered us a cold bottle of water ( it was a very warm day here in Pinellas Park, Florida. I am extremely frustrated with this car wash. On Friday, my driver’s side automatic electric mirror was damaged while going through the wash. My car is brand new, and the mirror now clicks but will not fold in or out. I immediately tried to contact someone, but every time I call I’m routed to AI with no way to speak to a real person. It’s now Sunday, and no one has followed up or taken responsibility. I also haven’t been able to go back in person because I’ve been traveling for work, which makes the lack of communication even more frustrating. Driving with a malfunctioning mirror is dangerous, especially in traffic and on highways, and this situation puts my safety at risk. This is damage I cannot afford to fix, and it only happened because I trusted this car wash with my vehicle. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. UPDATE: I’m honestly very hurt and disappointed by how this was handled. I reported the damage the same night and followed up multiple times, yet no one contacted me until after I left a negative Google review. When I finally did hear back, I was made to feel at fault because “most people would have come back to report it.” I didn’t realize the damage until after I had already left and parked at Walmart, when I locked my car and noticed my automatic mirror no longer worked. I didn’t have time to return, and I’m rarely in that area. Instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed. The claim was denied due to “no mechanical failure,” and rather than making an honest attempt to investigate, they pointed out unrelated scratches and even claimed there was “discoloration” on my mirror — there is not. This is a brand new car. That comment made it feel like they were simply looking for any reason to blame me. My mirror worked when I entered the wash and did not work when I left. It was visibly folded in on the way out, which should be clear on camera. All I wanted was my mirror fixed or a genuine, good-faith attempt to make things right. To make matters worse, I later received a voicemail referencing a completely different vehicle — a “2022 Kia Voyage.” I drive a Kia Sportage, so it’s clear they are not carefully reviewing claims or even verifying the correct car. This only adds to my frustration and shows how sloppy the process has been. Between this experience, the difficulty of reaching a real person due to the AI system, and reading similar reviews at this and other locations, I’ve lost trust not only in this company, but in car washes altogether. I share this so others understand the risk of damage and poor customer service when trusting a car wash with their vehicle.

Terrible experience. I’ve been to this car wash twice, and both times my side mirror was damaged. The first time, they washed it off with excessive force and offered no compensation — just told me to tape the mirror before the next wash so it wouldn’t happen again. I followed their advice, but during my second visit, the mirror was completely washed off again. When I asked for compensation, they refused and said it was because the mirror had tape on it — which makes no sense since the taping was done exactly as their staff suggested after the first incident. This is unacceptable service and zero accountability. I strongly recommend checking your cameras and taking responsibility instead of blaming customers.

Avoid at all costs! I brought my car here three times in total. The first wash was fine. During my second visit, their machine knocked off my mirror cap. Since there was no visible damage, I reattached it myself and didn’t hold them accountable. One of their staff even suggested I put a piece of tape on it — which already made me decide I would never come back. Two months later, I noticed they were still charging me for the membership, so I decided to go one last time just to use what I’d already paid for. Guess what? This time, their machine completely ripped apart the mirror cap and turn signal on my 2021 BMW M4 — even though I had taped it exactly as their own staff had told me to. Afterward, during their “investigation,” they claimed the tape meant the mirror cap was already defective and refused to take responsibility. I can understand if they simply didn’t want to cover the cost, but using their own staff’s advice as an excuse is absurd and completely unprofessional. Totally unacceptable experience — stay far away from this place.
