I had my fender and door "repaired" and the door doesn't close correctly and water is coming in from the door, I brought the car back and he said he can't fix it and that he's too busy!

Got into an accident and the person at fault paid for repairs and after they failed to fix it the owner had the nerve to tell me he not going to fix it completly unprofessional and if hes working like that why even have a shop dont even bother coming to this shop it looks like a hole in the wall and they work excatly what it looks like

After ordering, picking up and paying for front Bumper and reinforcement myself. I was charged $400.USD just to replace and paint bumper. SMH (Reinforcement was not even used)

The owner Terri is horrible had my car at shop since Saturday, when I arrived there today he told me he won't or can't fix my transmission. Bad business practice. The thieves I bought my car at Triple C Auto traders are in business with Terry. I didn't like his attitude. All crooks!!!!!

There is a mechanic there by the name of Ravi and this man is an automotive genius. If you want great work done ask for him. I have witnessed him diagnose problems by just looking in the engine bay.

Went to Big G Auto Repair To Respray my front bumper for my 2007 Nissan 350Z hoping to get it fixed and Big G Auto repair did not disappoint. Going to Big G shop after I had been rear ended and my front and back of my car being damaged, not only were they proficient in helping me acquire new parts but also was able to help me save money with my new parts, they showed me quality and professional work throughout my experience being there. They also walked me through the process of throughly diagnosing my car, so if something where to ever happen again I would be able to know what’s wrong with it and be able to identify it and not be stressed out with worrying about automotive accidents and issues. They had beautifully redone my front of the car where I had most problems and if you are thinking about coming here I definitely do recommend it they provide beautiful work to get your car looking like it came from the dealership and provide the best customer service imaginable. I was greeted with great hospitality and the employees made sure everything was functioning right to get me back on the road.
