Went to clean both the inside and outside of my car. Until I found out this is the only car wash in existence that has ZERO trash cans next to their vacuums. Sorry but i dont want to take my trash with me. Left without spending a cent.

Car came out looking ok first look. Driving home in the dark, some kind of film left behind on my windshield made it so I couldn’t even stay on the highway/drive fast. Went side roads home. Pulled in my garage and spent an hour soaking and cleaning my windshield. Lesson learned, stay with what you know works!!!! This would’ve been great for me, right on my commute to work after moving. But not if I can’t drive at night and see

It is touchless which is a big deal for me and does a good job. Place is well maintained, clean and well lit at night. The dryer could stay on for 30 seconds more & I wish they offered a ceramic coating spray. However I go there all the time and think is is the best around here.

If I could rate this any lower I would! Car was still dirty after paying for a $20 wash! Wasted my whole morning. Spent so long in the car wash I really expected better results even the undercarriage was not washed well!

I previously posted a negative review for The Big Kahuna car wash that i cannot seem to find. I wanted to write a correction. I had an experience where the car wash stopped mid cycle. The owner has contacted me, explained what happened and offered two free upgraded car washes. I was very thankful and will continue to use them for my car wash needs.

Change machine busted, vacuum has less suction than a house vacuum, no employee on site to help with machines if they don't work or eat your money. I didnt even try the car wash since the change machine & vacuum were so bad. It's like a deserted car wash lol

I changed my review from 1 star to four. I don't know what they've done. Maybe changed their chemicals?? My car came out so clean with just the basic wash and last year I went thru it and my car still looked very dirty. . So thumbs up .

Paid $14 for a wash, pretty poor job. Car was cleaner than when I went in, but left lots of dirty water that dried on the car. Won’t be going back

I went for the works with the Big Kahuna Wash on my new vehicle. For $20, I kinda expected the vehicle to be washed better and without water spots after drying. Not sure if I'm expecting too much from a touch less car wash. The windshield bug mess wasn't cleaned very well either. I had planned on going through another soft touch car wash in town but they were under renovation. Not sure if I'd go back.

Met the owner today and we talked a bit about how he sources for stuff that he would use on his car (e.g. Uses better sourced soap, ceramic coating and treats the water). Price is $17 for a deluxe wash. Wash was good and car came out great. Hand dried the residual water and some spots that needed attention due to the unconventional curves. We'll definitely be back regularly. NOTE: This is a fully touch-less car wash and nothing but water, cleaning agents and air will make contact with your car. If it's heavily soiled or has sap caked on don't expect it to be perfect coming out after a single wash.

This car wash is a convenient location for me however I've given it too many chances. This time BRAND NEW car was still dirty after the first wash it has ever received. May have actually been more dirty than it was before it went in. Months ago I called the number and left a message, as I would like to give them my business. I've tried this wash with three different cars multiple times, never satisfied. Going somewhere else
