Lost my key bop to my car...it was there for a intake and valve cover gasket...lost my key to my car and call and call no answer...didn't tell me til later he lost my key bop to my car...everytime I ask him about my car Mike would not either answer phone or say a lie about my car that he was getting someone to program another key bop to my car...he kept my car for 7 months and the day he told me to come get it...he was just working on it and it still wasn't right...he never communicate with me or get back to me...I had to keep calling before he told me he lost my key bop to my car.....and the day he told me I could come get it...he was just working on it after 7 months that it he had already....I wouldn't recommend taking nobody there..

Affordable car mechanic who will work with you! He does a great job! Depending on what he has going on work wise he can get to you with in that day. He’s a hidden gem in the west Jackson community! Oil Changes Suspension Brakes Small engine work ( water pumps, alternators, oil pumps, electrical diagnostic, and etc.)

For 4 years I have been customer & tolerated disrespect of my time due to Mike's Mechanic skills & reasonable labor cost & discount on parts from Autozone& O'Reilly. However in planning trip to Houston for Mothers Day : April 29th told by Big zmike the front strut on driver side needed replacement. He told me to tell Bobby at O'Reilly to call about ordering strut replacement. O'Reilly, autozone & advance auto didn't have. Finally Bobby at O'Reilly told Big Mike the dealership only carried the struts. May 1st Bobby sent picture of Strut to Big Mike for validation. He agreed to be right part. On Mother's Day after receiving the part I stopped by Big Mike to see. He then told me to come 9am Monday. morning.. After arriving Monday morning I informed Mike I had arrived. Then he said to me I got to check the bolts to make sure they all line up with the strut. Again waited about 3 hrs. Mike took tire off in few minutes then told me the bolts not right. I had the strut mount bolts he never looked at.. Mike stated to me you need to go ahead & pay the $1100 at the dealership. I returned to O'Reilly highly stressed & near tears. My son & wife had planned to travel on May 15th & was depending on me to babysit my grandson/granddaughter! Mike showed no empathy no love but Bobby at O'Reilly showed much love told me not to worry . He would order the right part which he did. However I asked Bobby for a Mechanic referral ( Mr David) Monday 5/12 And on May 14 Mr David replaced the strut. The next day I left for Houston & able to make my son/grandchildren happy. Thankful God blessed me with Bobby & Mr. David!
