I needed new tires for the car and looked at several businesses to compare prices and service. Tires are not cheap anymore! I found a good deal at Big O and decided to go here. I was able to get in before my appointment and was done in about 40 minutes. The shop was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The only concern I had was the men's bathroom. The air fresher was very overpowering in that small room. I tend to get headaches from those fake chemical smells, which is supported by studies done. Maybe a simple spray fresher used when needed might be sufficient. Just my opinion! Great place overall!

Absolutely worst experience I've had in a long time at a tire shop. We go in for simple flat patch. They tell us "about 40 min". At 1 hour later, I get a call that I need an oil change even though we just got one 150 miles ago... youre a tire shop, stay in your lane. Then another hour later, they tell us they cant patch it because the hole is in the side wall... why couldnt you have told me this 2 hours ago?!?!? I would recommend ANYWHERE else!

The Supervisor Billy is such an amazing guy. They make you feel so welcome and try to give you the best deal possible on any of the needed services. When I first became their customer it was winter to spring weather and that morning was cold. You'd never expected to walk into any mechanic/car service shop and have a nice warm smelling environment. Every so often they would put a candle out in their lobby. Everyone was so friendly and informative and efficient. I would always recommend this location everytime no matter how far I am.

Billy the store manager (and the rest of the staff) are fantastic. Chloe the sales advisor is awesome. I was looking for 4 days and 3 other local competitors IVE HAD TO FOLLOW UP WITH THEM!! Still no quotes… Chloe called me back within one hour of me contacting Big O tires for the first time in my life stating that the phones were having issues. She took it upon herself to do what she can to treat me right and try to make a sale and I appreciate that very much being a business owner myself. I enjoyed her Service so much that I actually went out of my way to come and visit in person because I could tell how serious she was about helping me. if I could leave six stars, I would 😂

I needed tires and an oil change before the upcoming winter storm. I got in after noon, and they were still able to get it done, same day. They had five different tire options for my car (Accord), and they talked me through how to evaluate each one. They were never pushy, just super helpful! I definitely feel better knowing I won't be sliding all around on the icy streets.
