Did an alignment last November at the 119th location and they messed up on my vehicle since the bolts were not tightened correctly. Billy fixed it for me in a timely manner and I have only been to this location ever since! Everyone there is kind and informative-highly recommend if you want an oil change and other services done quickly and correctly!

I took my Camry for oil change, I had check engine light on my car, they charge $30 to diagnose the code but they do not have certified mechanic on duty and they messed up my car where it’s barely running, after back and forth doing road test, the guy who did the oil change figured out that they forget to connect the air filter electric connector and never refunded $30 and now the manager Mr. Billy wants to charge another $150 to diagnose the problem, what a joke, pathetic customer service and my suggestion to all please stay away from them, they are not reliable and don’t deserve my business.
