Big Wheel you are the BEST. Called you guys up and you were there within 10 minutes. Was stuck in some heavy mud and was pulled out within minutes. I had the privilege to meet the owner. He had his daughter with him because they were out doing some shopping. He stopped what he was doing to take care of my situation. His daughter got to see that his father went above and beond for the customer. Thank you again for the help. I appreciate it.

These guys are the best! My boyfriend had an accident a few weeks ago and he wasn't able to pay the towing fee all at once. I could go on and on this place. They have a state contract so they can do what ever they want. Alice and Desire have no bedside manner. Eric and Bob the owner's are terrible. They made it so hard to get my car out. The make up charges.The tow truck driver who picked up my car said they run classes on how to overcharge people on tows. Best part they cut my cadliitic converter off. They love to take advantage of people in bad situations. Just glad my girlfriend is ok its only a car but what an awful exsperiance at Big Wheel. Stay away if your can.

Lady behind the desk was extremely rude. There was a scratch on my car I hadn’t noticed before and asked if they had a vehicle report to see if the scratch was there before. They didn’t have a report and accused me of trying to scam them saying we were talking about scratches before we walked in. We did not. All I wanted to see if there was a report of the car before because it is possible the scratch was there before. Bob was nice.

Big Wheel rescued me and I didn't even call them. I had a huge chunk of ice fall on my windshield and shatter it, then ended up stuck in the snow on the side of the highway (best not to ask about the details). They just showed up, we agreed on a price, and they dropped me off with my car. Everyone was super friendly, albeit I think I was relatively calm for someone who'd just had a near death experience. I think the price was fair, but I have never had to pay for a tow, so I thought it was going to be like $1,000 (it wasn't!). My experience with them was perfectly pleasant. Thanks, guys!

My car broke down in the middle of the highway. Big Wheel showed up put the car on the truck and gave me a ride home. I went to Big Wheel 2 days later to put the car on the diagnostic machine to figure out what was wrong with it. Couldn’t get it started. I’m stressed out thinking I’m going to have to leave it here until I can figure out a way to get it towed out of here. One of the owners Eric came over to the car and ended up towing the car to my house without charging me anything, wouldn’t take my money. Everyone that I dealt with was kind and helpful from the guy who originally towed me, the front desk and Eric. I can’t tell you enough how thankful I am. I highly recommend using these guys for any towing needs. Thank you so much Big Wheels & a special thanks to Eric!

Today marks the 2 time this company rescued me from a bad situation. Very clean equipment and professional drivers. Responded very quickly and only took like 15 minutes maybe little less,took look at the job,Whit in those 15 minutes, decision was made got me out check my truck to make sure it was safe for me to get back home to my family,and follow me for a few miles whit out even been asked to. Called big wheel had a vehicle stuck about a mile in the woods the owner, was out to my location in matter of minutes (20). Embarrassing I will never refer you guys AGAIN! I spoke highly of this company and told my daughter's friend my Boss personally knows the owner, so don't worry they will treat you good! Not only did they treat her horribly they charged her almost $300 for a 16 mile tow & tried to steal her vehicle by saying its "junk" and when she showed up with my daughter this morning to have it towed by AAA back to her house, they told her if she wants her vehicle back she will have to pay another $135 just for them to bring the vehicle to the parking lot so AAA could tow it and then the lady behind the desk threatened more charges if AAA didn't arrive by 11am! I am so disgusted by the way this company treated my daughter and her friend! After reading the reviews I see they make a habit out of taking advantage of people in horrible situations and clearly love ripping people off! I hope you guys feel great about ripping off young college kids who already have little income but are going through something extremely traumatic! This company is morally bankrupt and all the lawsuits against them make a lot more sense now!

Had a trailer rollover .Big wheel showed up with a rotater and 4 other flatbed trucks and 6 men They got me disconnected from the wreckage Got my trailer hooked up removed the box, loaded it and got the highway opened up I can see why Massachusetts has contracted with them . They know what they are doing and do it well . Eric was fantastic to work with too great guy If you ever need there services!!! They are second to none . I'd give then 10 stars if available

I was very pleased with all the help I received from Desiree and Steve. They were very professional in handling all of the details that I needed to get my vehicle. I had to make several phone calls to Desiree and she was very patient with me. I was supposed to receive a tow to my house late afternoon, but I then received a call that I would be getting my vehicle 2 hours earlier. Steve delivered it and it wasn't a very safe area. He did not leave me until I was in my vehicle and safe. Thanks again Big Wheels towing. A wonderful experience.
