I called and was able to get a rough estimate of the cost and time required for my brake repair. When I brought the bike in it needed a new rear brake assembly. They had the part in stock and had the work done in 3 days. They also helped me diagnose the problem with my speedometer. By opening the battery compartment I was able to find the number for the battery. I got the unusual battery replacement at Batteries Plus and the speedometer is working again. Smart technicians and good prices are my takeaways at Bikesource Highlands Ranch.

Paul at the Highlands Ranch Bike Source on S. University and County Line was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as he is a racer. His patience was helpful in choosing to buy a pair of Torch road shoes. Those shoes have fit the best of any I have owned including older S-Works, Shimano S-Phyre, Bont and Fizik. The upturned toe box with plenty of width, the stable heel cup, and the footbed with varus wedge and metatarsal support are great. I highly recommend this location and its personnel.

Well, I’m rarely wowed or blown away by much these days, especially when it comes to retail experiences. I’ve been to the majority of bike shops locally for service, advice, equipment, etc… I kept coming back here for shoes and other stuff because of the variety, quality, and price point. However, what these folks do exceptionally well is Porsche dealership level customer relations. I worked with Alistair on endurance bike options around my budget and he was patient, kind, provided thoughtful answers, asked me questions that helped me to narrow to the bike I selected. Believe it or not, this is where the experience began which began with a test ride, then bike adjustments specific to my riding style, and helping me with updating my shoes as well. He also made an incredible cappuccino, one of the best I’ve ever had. I am and was beyond pleased, dare I say even happy. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff continues to amaze me, as I sit in the shop writing this review. You will find that they are very busy and may even feel ignored. I suggest coming here when you have time and give them a chance to serve you, you will not be disappointed and may have one of the best cup of coffee you’ll ever have…

I came back to Colorado to have an ankle replacement and another surgery because of a drunk driver. I just had a hip replacement 5 months ago. After having the surgery (2 weeks ago) i wanted to get out but I realized the tubes in my wheelchair tires (they are actually Bike tires) are bad. I called all over for two days from Loveland to Colorado Springs, no one was able to help me (no one carried the size of tubes and if I ordered them they didn’t want to install) which is scary when you are dependent on a piece of equipment.
I called about an hour ago, I spoke to Matt who was so nice. I shared that I ordered the tubes but haven’t been able to find anyone to install, he said I can absolutely do this for you, that made me cry, I’ve been desperate for help. I’m sitting in the shoe area while Matt installs the tubes for me and in just 30 minutes I will have my mobility back.
This means the world to me, I use to bike but because of the wreck I haven’t been able to for many years. The doctor said this surgery is going to change my life and I will be able to bike again. After physical therapy I will come back to BikeSource Highlands Ranch to purchase my Bike, no matter what state I live in I will be back. Thank you so much Matt and BikeSource.

This is hands down the best bike shop Ive been to. Never asked me to leave a review but I want to share what is well deserved. Vibe inside: excellent. Customer service: unlike any other bike shop. Kind, friendly, professional, and know their stuff. Most places are honestly somewhat standoffish as if the guys didnt care and had their own cliche, im sure many people can relate. I was in the market to get a new bike and the customer service I received is noteworthy: had 3 guys help me, all clearly friends in a great atmosphere - had me ride what i was looking for to make sure it was the right one, ordered the bike, set it up, easy communication, answered my list of questions. Max, Josh, Cameron are top notch. Hope you guys get this review: a new bike day is a big deal, felt like a little kid getting a new toy, thanks for making it much more than a transaction. Manager is awesome too, forgot his name. Not going anywhere else. Many thanks!
