I have used Bill Knight twice now. They are a pretty decent repair shop but definitely not the best. I’m giving three stars generously because they did fix the problem but the original work was absolutely unacceptable. My advisor released the truck to me even though he saw the poor workmanship and flaws in the paint. He stated, “I saw that, but most customers don’t have the attention to detail that you do”. Sadly, it wasn’t attention to detail, it was just really obvious that it wasn’t right, and I got the feeling he was hoping I wouldn’t care. Also communication was not great. I asked for specific things to be done and was totally ignored and they did what they wanted without any communication beforehand, which ended up forcing me to wait 3 months for my truck to be completed. This was a very small “fender bender” repair and the truck was completely drivable. All in all, nobody was rude at any point, they fixed the mess up, and I eventually was satisfied with the quality of work, but it definitely took some effort on my part to get a quality repair.

Where to start. Was told my repair would take 2 weeks, or 14 days to be exact took over a month to get back (40 days) only after emailing and calling every department I could. I got back non-stop excuses. When I finally got my car back, the service was terrible, including tape that was left all over my car from the paint job. How that wasn't removed or seen doesn't make sense other than unprofessional and lazy. I only wish I would've gone anywhere but here. I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. I thought being a direct geico affiliate it would be easier, boy, was I mistaken.

Took my car in from rear-end accident. Every week I would get a text stating it would be the next week before I would get it back. 6 weeks later I finally was able to pick it up. They walked out there to show me it and opened rear to show it worked and someone left a part in there and the service person picked it up and shut the door. When I got home I opened rear again and there was dust all over inside, my vents had dust on them as well as everything felt gritty. They washed it but all they did wash run water over it and someone wiped glass on roof but left the dust now mud on metal

Love the 41/Memorial location. April and staff are patient, kind and educate you on the process. My 2nd parking lot HIT while my suv was parked, between the lines, in a parking lot in 4 months! They treated me like a friend and made me have complete confidence that I was getting the best service possible. I am amazed at the repair job. You cannot tell that my car is not brand new. Sarah was my contact while my car was being fixed and I heard from her by text at least 2-3 times a week. If I had had a complaint, I am confident that she would have taken care of it!
