I've been here a couple times for unexpected issues with my vehicle. They have always been great getting me in quickly. Very friendly and helpful. I especially liked how well they explained what needed to be done and why. They do good work and back it up. Highly recommended.

These guys really came through for me when the pulley for my water pump decided it wanted to quit the band and go solo. I was stranded and had little money. They were able to source the part and get me back on the road in less than a day! I highly recommend these guys. They may be busy, but trust me, it's for good reason!

We are former Bill Nelson's customers. Not anymore. The business has been sold and is not anywhere close to Bill Nelson quality. This started Aug.21st, 2023 - We brought our 66 Barracuda in to have 2 tires mounted and installed and a front end alignment. They called and said it was done. My husband went to pick it up and they said, " We got it as close as we could ". They said it needs new ball joints and lower control arm bushings. My husband asked why they didn't call to tell him while they had it apart, ( Any tire and front end shop would have ) and all he got was a funny look. He told them he would bring it back next week and get that done. We took it back on Aug.25th. We called to check on it after not hearing anything for 5 or 6 days. They said it has a crack in the frame and they couldn't safely put it back together. Never bothered to call to tell us that! We had to call them. After discussing it, we said if they can fix it we would sign off on them being liable for that part of the job. They agreed to that. They kept stalling on it knowing we needed it back for a car show commitment we have in New Mexico in Sept. We told them to put it back together so we can do the show and get the rest of it done when we get back. Went to pick it up on Sept. 11th and they had a note on it saying not to drive it. My husband asked why and Derek ( the owner ) said they didn't put the upper control arm bushings in. My husband asked why, and Derek said, " I don't know. We have them here. They knew full well that we would be driving it a small distance at the show. Derek said to give him another day. He said he would have them do it first thing in the morning. They called the next day Sept. 12th and said it was done. That bill was over $1900.00. We decided they were not dependable and acted like they didn't care. My husband decided he was going to do the job himself. We did the show in New Mexico ( trailered the car there ). Got home and settled and he started to take the car apart so he could do the repair - thinking he only had the frame issue to do. What we found was, the new ball joints were put in with no dust boots so now we had to buy new ball joints and do them. Also, they had cross threaded 6 of the wheels studs so we had to replace them and the lug nuts. We are very disgusted to say the least! The ball joints they had put in were so dirty, they didn't even look new. So all this being said, we will never be back to do business with them. Very poor workmanship and very poor customer service! If you don't call them they don't call and keep you informed. Beware!

They are super friendly and found what my issue was. Currently did a bunch of mods on my 2014 GT500 and after everything was said and done I heard a noise sounded like tapping. I thought it might of been an exhaust leak or my valve train. After being it to them they found out it was an exhaust leak pretty quickly. The service was a great price and they got the job done which amazed me because they where able to tighten the bolts connecting the headers to the heads without removing anything. Very tight space in between there. I was very pleased and will be using there services again if I have anymore issues.

I took a 2016 Camaro there and declined services. After they put my car back together they over torqued every bolt. Now I'm seeing what legal avenue I have to make them pay for taking out the motor at another shop and rethreading everything.

Well, it used to be the best repair shop in town. It used to be a challenge to get in, parking lot was packed all the time, waiting room was full. Now its a ghost town. Here is why. They appear to have run off all the competent techs who were probably well paid. My store is simple. I had my entire AC system rebuilt last year. 10 months and three weeks later it fails. Should be warranty work right? Wrong. I took it in and the said "the one part that wasn't replaced last year" the schrader valves had both simultaneously failed. But their price was $89 to replace two $5 valves and recharge the system. BUT the "44 point vehicle safety check" revealed my battery was bad and they could replace it for only $219. I refused the battery service as I do my own and the one under the hood was from Costco and had 36 months free replacement and was less than 24 months old. I picked up the truck and 12 hours later no AC. Not willing to drink the Kool aid again, I got it to another place that does AC and guess what! They didn't replace the high pressure schrader valve! Its old and tarnished. In fact it was backed out about half a turn so when you take off the cap you get oil and dye all over the place. Mistake? Sabotage? I don't know. To add insult to injury, during the "44 point" check they took off the battery cover and lost it. Last time we talked, they were going to look for it. This is how it goes when a shop falls apart. First problem: you replace an entire system but leave something behind to fail. Second problem: Inattentive or incompetent executor of a simple valve replacement. Third problem: Hunting a vehicle for high profit work.

Took my 72 Chevy C10 for a simple tune up. Dropped off my truck at 7AM!, Gave them a call to see how my truck was coming along, they hadn't even started, this was around 1pm. Went back at 4pm, my truck was still parked in the same spot, other NEWER VEHICLES were parked behind my truck. Maybe my truck wasn't a priority to them. Not even a courtesy call from them to let me know my truck wasn't going to be ready!! One last thing, train the youngster in customer service! Needless to say, I took my truck to Ray Scott's........ CAN'T GO WRONG THERE HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

They damaged my classic car twice, charged me for trying but not being able to install parts, made incorrect diagnosis of problems, damaged parts I brought to install and then lied to me/tried to hide damage to my vehicle and now it looks like I have to take them to small claims court. Do not take your car here unless you want to pay someone to not fix problems and cause new ones.

I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I received here! I brought my 2016 Hyundai Accent in for an oil change a year ago. It was suggested then that I get some routine maintenance done and I was given a quote. It was time for an oil change and I called to set up an appointment. To my surprise, the business had been sold. I explained that I had a quote on some maintenance that I needed and I wondered if they could honer it. Well, they did! In fact, they went above and beyond to work with me to honor it. I had to wait there while my car was being serviced. The manager took time out of his busy schedule, trying to figure out why the internet wasn't working. Just for me! They took very good care of me. I couldn't be more grateful!

Wonderful customer service, very satisfied with my oil change and new brakes! Kyle is easy to talk to and knows his stuff. No matter what questions I had, he had the perfect answers. Service is on point, and when they say it will be done, it's done in that time frame! Will always go back here for all of my vehicles needs. Their prices are very reasonable as well!

My 2012 Ford eco-boost truck was diagnosed with bad cam phasers. I picked it up paid $4400.02 days later the noise came back called them to get my bill itemized. All they did was change the water pump and charged me $4400. Three weeks later, they still haven’t done anything to justify this or to get the problem fixed

I had used a diagnostic tool and a few mechanically inclined friends to help me figure out what was wrong with my car so I knew if anyone was jerking my chain on what was wrong. A family member had recommended this place as they also come here so I thought I'd give it a try because I have trust issues. Anyway, they called me as soon as they knew what was wrong and sure enough they said the same thing my diagnostic tool and friends had mentioned. They gave me a quote that was fair and completed a whole lot of work in a few days. Had my car done exactly when they told me it would done. Now here's what gives them the 5 stars: They called to give me the quote and explained everything and politely answered all questions. When my car was done, they called but I was at work so they left a voicemail. Since I hadn't called back and they wanted to be sure I got their call, they called me again to make sure I knew it was done. The parts ended up not costing as much, they were honest with that and gave me the cheaper price, which is awesome. I had the vehicle back and had a chance to drive it and they texted me to follow up and make sure everything was going well. I've never had or heard of a place doing that. I think that's awesome to just follow up like that. They were kind and professional with excellent communication. I will definitely be coming here for all my mechanical needs despite the drive it is for me. If I can't drive it, that's where it'll get towed.

I'm already turned off by this shop, my husband called for a quote for a repair, the guy said he would have to look it up and he'd call him right back, never happened, so, to me that right there is an indication to not do business with this shop, that shows me unreliability, and my father also had work done on his truck years ago, and was extremely dissatisfied with the work, so I see there has been no improvement in costomer service, think we'll just move on!!

I took my Truck in for AC issue. was blowing hot Air, so in my head I'm thinking it's the compressor was stressing thinking of the cost 5, 6 7 Hundred. dropped it off with Kyle. Next day it was ready . I did not pay more then 150$.. I appreciate the honesty, the professionalism and price I was charged. They could have easily told me , I needed a new compressor, . . Thanks again Patrick, Kyle and the other technicians that played a part in me being able to enjoy Cold AC in my Truck again..I highly recommend them.

They didn't fix what they were supposed to, after 3,000$. But they broke a whole lot more. I really tried to trust them, and they really took advantage of me! Now I'm out repair money, and have worse problems than before. Thanks kyle, I'll make sure everyone knows what you guys did.

This is a mechanic shop you can trust! My grandparent took her second car here and it was in pretty bad shape. We got it back and it turned into a great little car to drive around! Now having gotten my own vehicle, I took the advice to take it here. AMAZING. I feel like they really care about providing a good experience for their customers throughout the entire process. I am now on my second repair of about 3 major ones I needed. It'sa great experience and I feel like they help you out where they can. And on top of that the most important thing of all. I feel like they do great work!! I know others may have had different experiences and maybe there were more complicated things wrong with their car. Overall and based on my experience as a new customer, the friendliness, and quality of service is consistent here! I recommend to everyone!
