My opinion best out here. I called didnt take their word for any prices over the phone. But very knowledble in what theyre doing. I explained to best of my abilities and they understood right away. They explained wost/best scenarios they will try work with you economically. They can sometimes find alternatives to fix what is needed. Again didnt they their word but if the problem"its what you say" they will ballpark you the highest to the lowest labor. I think very honest and professional.

Initially, I came to this shop because another shop damaged my car by using the incorrect bolt in my oil pan. Dillian went out of his way to research a solution that saved me thousands of dollars. He has been honest , kind, and extremely helpful. He gets the car finished on time and charges exactly what he quotes; not a penny more. He always shows me the old parts and exactly what he repairs. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

First, let me preface by saying I did not receive service. I arrived at the facility to get an estimate for a broken side mirror. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and then the gentleman behind the counter took a phone call and left me sitting in the lobby for 10 minutes while he helped another customer. I appreciate customer service, but I was there first, and felt that he could have taken a number and given a call back. At the conclusions of his phone call the gentleman walked outside to examine my problem. He immediately said that the housing on my passenger side rear view mirror have been broken and need to get replaced, but was not able to do so because it was an original BMW part, and he could not acquire it. Overhearing his telephone conversation with the estimate a few minutes prior, I recalled him saying he only used OEM parts. I was confused. When I question him why he would have trouble getting a OEM part when he only uses OEM parts he accused me of being rude, wish me a nice day and retreated back into his building. I said to him, "I'm not being rude but can you please explain to me why you can't get factory parts?" He refused to answer me, and opted to retreat and hide in his office. Honestly, I should have known that this business was suspect when I pulled up to the facility and saw that he still had a sign on the glass requiring his customers to put on a mask before entering the building. In all honesty, he did me a favor. I promptly went over to Vic's bimmer shop on West avenue I in Lancaster. I was greeted properly, offer the beverage, and got my problem promptly diagnosed. Unlike the inept Bimmer engineering, not only could they get OEM parts, they took my car in immediately with promise to have it complete the next day. You don't have to receive bad service to know that a business is not worth supporting. The only positive thing I can say about Bimmer Engineering, is that the gentleman was very friendly to me as he turned around, walked away, and all but locked the door behind him. If you're somebody who gets easily offended, or runs away and hides from the slightest amount of conflict, Bimmer engineering is right up your alley

2020 BMW 750i X-Drive. I hit a curb while parking at the grocery store and caused 15k in damage. The owner of Bimmer, Dillon, was honest. Beyond that he also has exemplary customer service attributes and radiates happiness and care as he finds a way to make your situation a better one. We need more small business like Bimmer that have a customer service like none other, the big box stores cannot do it just like small businesses can't match big box prices. I took my 2023 BMW there last week for them to check my front and back brakes. 25k miles. The Owner stated I need all new brakes and rotors on the car. He said it would be $2500 to do work. I then took my car to Xpress Tire in Quartz Hill. They replaced the back brake pads only. Everything else was fine. Bimmer Engineering seriously trying to take $ from me for nothing wrong on their “diagnosis” Pretty sad indeed for a local business…Shame on you. Plus my check engine light was on and my car. He said would check such for $125. He said we could not find out what was wrong with check engine light. So I said after all that I would come get my car and pick up keys. He said bring me cash to get your keys and car back. He was not in the office. Such a shady way to do business… BMW specialist is a joke

I brought my BMW in for an electrical issue after a dead battery and jump start. and was advised to replace the junction box, with no guarantee it would fix the problem. I had already mentioned another possible cause, but it wasn’t pursued. Unfortunately, the original diagnosis would have led to an unnecessary and expensive repair. I chose not to proceed. After further research and repair elsewhere, the real issue was identified and was repaired. Although the mechanic was nice and professional, it still cost me money and time and my issue was not resolved. I recommend customers get a second opinion before authorizing major electrical repairs here.
