We are so thankful for Bivins Mobile Mechanic! After realizing our sway bar was broke on our Jeep headed to Florida we called every mobile mechanic and got ahold of Bivins, he came so quick and was so helpful! We cannot thank him enough and highly recommend!

While he was on time. He figured since i said I "didn't" know what i was doing he could pull a fast one on me. Ran an OBD "which i already did" cleared codes so I couldnt see them again when it was clewred he told me it was the ECU (at less than 130,0000 miles) he got a free $40 out of me but did not accurately or helpfully solve the problem (which turned out to be a fuel pump) while that isnt a code that pops on an OBD youd figure someone as reputable as Antonio would know better. 2 stars wont be calling again. EDIT: Since I took Antonios advice and changed the ECU I broke the clip that retains it. Editing to one star because I wouldnt be in this mess if it werwnt for his bad advice

This guy did my front struts was very nice and fast he put in 2 front struts in 45 min. Very friendly and he did an amazing job. I will hire him to do alot more whenever I have any problems with my car he is my new mechanic. He was also very affordable saved me a ton of money.

Great experience, my daughter and I were returning from vacation when our cars fuel pump went out and after contacting several mobile mechanics and getting no response he came through, even though he couldn’t replace the fuel pump he went out of his way and towed my vehicle and us home which was a 4 hour round trip for him. That is incredible service not only was is it great service but he was just a great guy. I also apologize to his wife for keeping him out so late.

I had the misfortune when traveling from Florida to Tennessee of my car breaking down. I stopped in Macon Georgia. I look for mobile auto mechanics the next morning at 7 AM. I called and woke Antonio up. I explain to him that I was traveling alone and I had a 2007 Pontiac solstice. He got up out of the bed and come to my rescue. He stayed with me to find out what was wrong with my car which was the alternator. He took me to the parts store, he followed me to another parts store. Unfortunately everything has to be ordered for my car. He picked up the part the next morning and come and put it on my car. Just like he said He would. This man went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend him.

If you are a women please don’t use this guy. My car was running hot he did come out the next day and he did put my thermostat on. I go get in my car is still saying it’s running hot. The line is at the halfway point. I called him back and the feminist words that was coming out his mouth y’all women panicked too much is nothing wrong with your car. I’m telling him I smell something burning and he’s telling me because I keep calling him he will charge me some more money. I’ve paid this man to fix my car and he doesn’t want to straighten it out. No car should be rising to hot soon as you crank it up. A lot of words that came out this man mouth was a palling to women. Please run the other way do not use him. Now I have to pay someone else to fix what I already paid him to fix.

I called Mr. Bivens and within 15 to 20 minutes he arrived where my car was broken down. He was very kind, courteous and very professional and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Turns out replacing the serpentine belt on a 10 year old Ford is not such an easy task and he did it in a parking lot. Highly recommend this company!!

Our car's alternator went out while we were away from home. The car battery was dead and the car was undriveable. On Friday, we found Antonio Bivins through Google and called him. We explained our situation and the fact that we needed the car fixed as early as possible on Sunday so we could return home. He said he would see us between noon and 1:00 on Sunday. We texted him the address and prayed. Well about 10:00 Sunday morning he texted, "are you ready?". Antonio came about 11:00 a.m., went right to work on the car and by 1:30 p.m. our car was running again. He gave us a good price and he is a man of his word. My husband and I highly recommend him for your car's mechanical needs.

Very responding and willing to come service my vehicle either Warner Robins or Macon. I was looking for someone to replace my brakes and rotor for me, Antonio was the only person I’ve spoken to that gave a reasonable price and willing to assist today. He even said he would come to the location I was headed to, to complete the work, which he did in 15-20 minutes which I was shocked, after being told by every other shop it’ll be 1.2 hours to complete the labor. I will be back if needed!

I had my alternator go out on a Saturday night. Had to work Monday morning. He came or not once but TWICE on Sunday to change the alternator. The first one Advanced Auto sold me (rebuild that they didn’t mention) was bad. I found a new one at Auto Zone and he came back and made the repair so that I would be able to get to work Monday. His work was quality and efficient. I will definitely be using Bivens when I need a mobile mechanic!

Called Mr Bivins after my son hit something on the highway and the wheels became too hard to turn. I thought it was the power steering pump hose but when Mr Bivins got there, it was not the hose but a hole in the racking pin. Mr Bivins was honest with me and told me what was the best option for me to fix the car. He was trustworthy, dependable, and communicated well. Will most definitely be using his services again.
