I wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Rich Noble during my recent inquiry about a car. Wonderful experience buying our car here. Tyler our salesperson went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Even when I told him I was only looking and would not be buying a car today he spent a lot of time bringing me through the Different lots looking at the vehicles I was interested in when he could have moved on to another customer in the sales room. He was very knowledgeable and we are very pleased. Lawrence the sales manager is absolutely fantastic . We had a couple of issues with our new electric 2024 Lyriq which he took care of for us, always keeping us in the loop regarding updates that were being done on the car. The 2024 lyriq is quite the car, Technology is still new and a lot to learn about but the car has been working great . I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from these 2 people here in the future, best car buying experience ever

My family previously tried to buy an Escalade a few years ago at a dealership in Northern CA. Unfortunately, my wife was not given the time of day when she went in by herself for the final test drive. I ended up writing a 1 star review for them due to that bad experience. Fast forward to 2022. Our family moved to Cheshire and I engaged with Ted Hakey at Blasius and it was a positive experience from the start. He patiently and passionately explained all the wonderful features of the Escalade. Unfortunately, we decided to hold off another year due to not having a severe need for another car. Fast forward again to 2023. The need for another car is finally here. I immediately reengaged with Ted, and again it was a great experience, from the phone calls, texts, test drive in person, custom order process, delivery, pricing, pick up, even financing! I thought I had financing lined up with a pretty decent interest rate, but Ted introduced me to Eric Larson, one of the Finance Managers. Eric was able to beat the interest rate I had so it was a no brainer. I'm very happy with my new Onyx package Escalade ESV and super happy with my experience over the past year. I'm glad I waited until 2023 to buy with the right dealership. I was hoping to catch Mr. Blasius in person at the dealership to personally tell him my feedback but I trust this will suffice.

The technicians are great! Always friendly and great at explaining everything. The service advisors however, particularly Monica is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She has an attitude the second you walk through the door like she can’t be bothered to help you when you have an appointment. She rushes through the service. Hands the paperwork at the end with no discussion of what was done. Then when asked where the MPI report is she sighs like she’s bothered again. This is an issue with her every time we come in for service.

I just wanted to share my experience with this dealership. Leased a 2024 Lyriq and loving the car so far. However, the experience of dealing with Steve Lord and Finance Manager was phenomenal and a breeze. Everything was upfront and a smooth buying process mostly via text and phone call to settle all details. I even encountered the owner at the dealership and he seemed like a great person.
