This service is beyond comprehension! They kept our car for three weeks but did not replace the timing chain, which was the main reason we brought it in. At 180,000 miles, they didn’t hear any noise, even though we clearly explained that the car had high-viscosity oil and that the chain was making noise before the oil change.
In the end, they took apart half the front of the car, performed only a simple task, and completely ignored the complex job we actually needed. There are no guarantees that the chain won’t break in 1,000–2,000 miles. A total waste of time and money, with no results! We will never go back. Terrible service!
UPD: And to top it off, they didn’t even bolt the grille back on! They just set it in place and lost all my bolts! What kind of careless, sloppy service is this? Total disregard for the customer!

My car was previously at a dealership with air-conditioning problems. Apparently the Honda engineers could not figure out what was wrong with my car. BLC was able to give me a honest and accurate description of the issue at hand. BLC saved me over $2000 of unnecessary car repairs. Thanks again for helping me with my Honda accord issues.

Came in to get my water pump looked at as coolant was leaking at a fast pace, told it may be the water pump and needed a quote. Tammy quoted me at about 620 before taxes. Went in the next day (Tuesday)and dropped it off. Got a call Wednesday from Tammy saying I needed a thermostat gasket and oring because they were bad. I asked her if they knew if this was the issue or if it was actually the water pump. Tammy started to get rude and said “well you said you needed the water pump”, I explained that I’m not a mechanic and I would expect they would diagnose the issue before just doing stuff to my car. Tammy then said well it’s not bad but it’s standard procedure to change these when you replace the water pump. I let them do it and are the extra $98 dollars added to my bill. I then spoke to the manager after picking up my car and she explained that Tammy was confused and that my converters were bad and that it got so hot it melted my prongs and that’s why I needed it replaced. I calmly let the manager know I won’t be returning and won’t recommend anyone to this shop. Little did they know my dad is an ASE certified mechanic and ran his own shop for 20+ years. He explained how if my converter was bad that my car wouldn’t go over 30mph and I’d have other issues. He also stated that converters run at 600 degreees and so he doubts they would be able to tell if it was running hotter than it was suppose to. . This shop tried to get me to pay them $2500 to replace the converter which is a fair price, but literally the Chevy dealership I got the car from checked this issue as it’s been a check engine light for over two years. Back then he told tht this issue won’t effect my car and tht it only effects my omissions. This shop will lie straight to your face. They give shops a bad rep. They also noted in my bill ticket that they won’t stand on there work and offer a warranty due to the converter being “melted” unless I pay $2500 for them to fix that issue too. Don’t go to this shop. I’ll pay dealership prices before dealing with liars and horrible customer service. This shop runs very dishonest business practices. I paid my full bill and didn’t ask for a discount… this is an honest review… steer clear of this shop

After going to the dealership and getting lied to and bad customer service and finding out BLC can do our warranty work they have been the best!!! Honest, quality work, and not over priced. I recommend them to everyone who ask.
